In-App Messaging
Agency admins and supervisors can now send broadcast messages directly to caregivers — to all staff, specific roles, or individual team members. Caregivers see messages instantly on their dashboard and can acknowledge with a single tap.
Compliance Hold Alerts
When outstanding items (like missed visits) block a submission, the app now shows exactly what needs to be resolved and navigates you directly to fix it.
Overnight Shift Support
Service records now handle overnight shifts (e.g., 7 PM – 8 AM) correctly, with a visual overnight indicator on the form.
