Reorder tasks, notes and custom items by dragging the handle at the right of each row, so the most important one stays on top. The order also syncs to shared ledgers. Search every record, including past months, from the search button at the top right of Summary. Finance notes (what you bought) are searchable too.

Improved ledger sharing. Enter the recipient's Apple Account email and permissions in the app, then send an invitation message with the ledger name and joining instructions. Improved joining from invitation links and retrying after connection errors. Custom item names can now be set per ledger and synced through iCloud, including shared ledgers. The owner controls the custom item name for a shared ledger.

You can now keep separate ledgers, such as household costs or a trip, and switch between them anytime. Sync your ledgers for free across your own iPhone, iPad and Mac with iCloud. Share a ledger with family, a partner or friends. Only the person who starts sharing needs a one-time purchase; invited people join for free. Settings are reorganized, and “Purchases & restore” now handles both ad removal and sharing.

Add a note separately from the category for income and expenses, including recurring and date-range entries. Notes now appear in reports, making it easier to see what you spent money on. Improved the layout of entry fields and the save button.

You can now choose how much of a repeating entry to delete. Delete from this day onward Stopped a weekly class, or finished a recurring payment? Choose "From this day on" and everything ahead is removed while your past entries stay exactly as they were. "This day only" and "Delete all" are still there.

Recurring entries can now be set the way you actually think about them. Repeat on the Nth weekday of each month Set things like the first Saturday or the last Monday of every month. Switching between a date and a weekday takes one tap. The date picker is now a calendar Choosing a day for a recurring entry uses the same weekday layout as the calendar screen, and follows your Sunday or Monday start setting.

Trips and yearly anniversaries are easier to record. Multi-day entries connect into one bar An entry spanning several days is drawn as a single bar, so the same text no longer repeats on every day. Yearly repeat Set birthdays and anniversaries up to 20 years ahead at once. Itemized daily breakdown Reports group by date and give every entry its own row. 18 languages Added Traditional Chinese, Turkish, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Polish, Dutch and Ukrainian.

Register a whole period at once, like a trip or a business stay. Date range entry A new button below the calendar lets you tap a start date and an end date to add a schedule, task, note, budget entry or custom item to every day in that period. Quick presets for 3, 7, 14 and 30 days are included. Delete in bulk Entries created as a range can be removed for the whole period with a long press. Plus improved stability throughout.
