“Balance 75+” now uses your actual score
Consistent “What to add” scores
Improved scanning, suggestions and weekly summaries
Chat, diary and meal plan fixes
1.29.1 1h ago
* Plate scoring now includes proportions — it checks not only where foods are placed, but also the balance: ½ vegetables, ¼ protein, ¼ carbohydrates. Extra vegetables never reduce the score.
* The double penalty for too few vegetables is gone — the old fixed 25-point deduction has been removed.
* Vegetable feedback is more accurate — plates with several vegetables no longer get the incorrect “only watery vegetables” message.
* Unrated foods no longer distort the score — if a food is not in the database, the app says so instead of incorrectly adding or removing points.
* Completed health protocols now close properly — the day counter stops, the card can be dismissed, and “View results” opens the actual protocol summary.
1.28.0 Sep 23
* Better plate-code onboarding — activating your plate now explains what’s included and lets you start right away.
* More transparent plate scores — tap the score to see how each part was rated.
* More accurate and consistent scoring — fixed mismatched scores, unrated foods, fruit/vegetable scoring, mixed dishes, refined carbs, snacks and weekly averages.
* Smarter food recognition — ingredients inside dishes now contribute to the correct plate sections.
* Portion Plate features stay with the Portion Plate plan — scanner, challenges and plate cards now behave correctly when switching plans.
* Improved scanning flow — clearer steps, more stable photo review and better first-scan guidance.
* Connection drops no longer sign you out — only an invalid session now triggers logout.
1.27.0 Sep 17
* **Daily tips for all plate challenges** — each challenge now includes seven unique coach-written tips.
* **More varied meal suggestions** — vegetables, protein and carbs now change across options.
* **Better vegetable portions** — foods like seaweed and sprouts are no longer suggested as half a plate.
* **Smarter “Complete my plate” suggestions** — recommendations now match the meal already on your plate.
1.26.0 Sep 16

1.24.0 Sep 14
New Portion Plate plan with simple meal balance guidance.
Scan your plate for quick AI-powered suggestions.
Track balance with the new weekly Plate Score.
Snacks remain easy to log without scoring.
Weekly insights now include Portion Plate results.
Scanned meals sync with your diary, calories and streaks.
1.23 Sep 9
The app no longer looks frozen while opening — on a weak or slow connection the startup check that loads your profile had no time limit, so the opening screen could sit there for a long time with no message and nothing to tap. It now waits a few seconds at most, then opens with your last saved profile and catches up in the background.
Requests stop waiting instead of hanging — every request now has a time limit. Uploads keep a longer one, so photos and voice notes are never cut short. A request that does run out of time counts as "no connection", which means anything you logged offline stays in the queue instead of being lost.
1.22.1 Aug 27
Nutrition plans are clearer — macros are no longer cut off, and protein, fat and carbs are now shown consistently across all plan types.
Calculator improvements — product amounts are now shown in grams, and the daily summary includes calories plus protein, fat and carbs.
Cleaner ingredient and product labels — duplicate text was removed, fresh herbs now show “to taste”, and “no points” labels are easier to understand.
1.20.1 Aug 26
Product photos in the Calculator — the product detail screen now shows the product's photo, same as the search list. Products without a photo keep their category icon.
Allergies in your language — the consultation questionnaire used to prefill your allergies as raw codes ("FISH"); it now writes them properly in your language ("Fish" / «Рыба» / «Zivis»).
Consistent required-field marks — every required question in the consultation forms now shows the same red asterisk; some field types were showing it in plain text color.
Coach availability date — if the coach is temporarily unavailable when you try to book, the message now shows the actual date they're back, not just "try again later".
Smaller app — removed unused icon fonts from the bundle: about 3 MB less to download on installs and updates.
Fixed — switching the app language while on the supervision wrap-up screen now updates its texts immediately.
1.20.0 Aug 18
- **Your health protocol card now tells you what your numbers mean** — a reading no longer sits there as a bare figure. "110/70" now reads "110/70 — Optimal", against published reference ranges, and the same applies to sleep, pulse, glucose, alcohol and caffeine.
- **Everything your protocol tracks, not just one metric** — the card shows your main measurement plus the levers you actually control, with anything out of range marked and shown first. Tap any of them to log it.
- **"Next" opens the right screen** — the next action on the card used to open the blood-pressure sheet whatever it said. It now opens whatever that step actually asks for, and simply marks off habits that need no logging.
- **Your questionnaire answers are read back to you** — instead of only a score, you get one thing you are already doing well and at most two worth working on, each quoting your own answer and ending in one concrete step for this week.
- **A tip a day, and it notices your data** — protocols now carry short practical tips. When one of your own readings is off, the tip responds to that rather than being the next one in a list.
- **Blood test history** — lab results were always saved, but only the newest was shown. Tap any marker to see its trend, every past value with the change between them, and how far it has moved since you started.
- **Questionnaires are spaced two weeks apart** — these scales ask about "the last two weeks", so taking one twice in a row measured the same period twice. The button now shows when your next one is due.
- **My recipes shows everything you starred** — recipes starred in the Nutrition tab now appear here too. Saved recipes show protein, fat and carbs alongside calories.
- **"I cooked this" fills the diary in for you** — it carries the dish name, and the calories when the recipe states them, instead of opening an empty form.
- **Fixed** — AI meal suggestions could be saved twice after reloading the app; the Save button on a saved recipe was invisible; modal headers sat on top of the status bar on Android; text ran off the edge of the protocol card.
2.7 Aug 9
Supervision results, done right — your program-results and celebration screens now show your real before/after photos and your full chest, waist and hip changes (not just weight), and progress charts include measurements you logged with the "+" button. Photos load reliably — no more endless spinners (a stuck photo becomes tap-to-retry), and "View recommendations" only appears once your coach has actually published them.
Clearer nutrition plans — redesigned diet and recipe rows with full-width titles and macros on a single line, a cleaner recipe macro card, an allergen chip so you can spot allergens at a glance, and evenly-spaced macro circles on recipe details.
A smarter, more reliable AI assistant — it remembers your preferences more accurately over time, recovers on its own from momentary hiccups instead of failing, and the weekly diary analysis (Premium) now reads cleanly. "Prepare with AI" for recipes also aims at your real daily calorie goal and spreads meals across your empty slots.
Fixed — your profile photo now shows correctly on the dashboard, and your Home routines refresh right after you log meals from your plan.
2.6 Jul 23
AI week planning (Premium) — a new "Prepare with AI" button on both the Calorie calculator and the Recipes plan. AI fills the empty meals of your week — coach-approved products (matched to your point budgets) or recipes (matched to your calorie target) — always respecting your allergies and food dislikes. You get an editable draft first — swap, adjust portions/servings, remove — and nothing is saved until you approve it.
Smart recipe search — type what you want in plain words ("quick gluten-free chicken under 400 kcal", "smoothie without dairy") and AI finds it. Understands ingredients, "without…", diet styles and calorie limits; works in Latvian, Russian and English, even without typing the accents. If a plain search finds nothing, a "Try AI search" button is one tap away.
Clear week — start a week from scratch: clear everything, or pick specific days and meals to clear. Meals you already logged always stay in your history.
Smarter "Copy week" — if the copied week was planned under a higher calorie target, the app now tells you which meals exceed your current budget instead of leaving you to find the red counters yourself.
Nutrition refreshed — a cleaner actions area on the Calculator and Recipes plans (featured AI button, compact action tiles) and tighter product rows: amount, kcal and macros now fit on one line.
Fixed — changing your daily calorie goal now updates the calculator point budgets immediately (including "reset to recommended"); previously the new points appeared only after a refresh or the next week.
2.5 Jul 8
Medication reminders, upgraded — add a medication reminder any time from the routine builder. Named medications can also be saved to your Health profile so the AI assistant always knows what you take; renaming a reminder keeps everything in sync, and unnamed protocol reminders now suggest naming the medication.
Routines: skip a day — long-press a routine to skip it for today. A skipped day is marked distinctly and doesn't count against you.
Routines: 30-day history — every routine in My Routines now has a history view: done, skipped, and missed days at a glance.
Protocol context on routines — routines added by a health protocol now show the protocol's name; tap it to open the protocol.
Prices always match the store — subscription prices in the app now come live from the App Store / Google Play, including the yearly savings badge.
Faster and lighter — fewer background refreshes when switching tabs, much lower battery use during long fasting timers, and lighter message syncing.
Fixed — routine names now always appear in your chosen language, everywhere: the day view, activity log, reminders, and AI chat.
2.4 Jul 2
New Health Protocols — Menopause & Hypertension: two fully guided protocols, each with plain-language lessons, a monthly self-assessment with a trend, a recommended lab panel, daily routines with reminders, and symptom tracking. Menopause adds the MRS symptom scale; Hypertension adds correct-measurement guidance, twice-daily blood-pressure reminders, and medication reminders you set up with your own prescriptions.
Fixed — AI "Surprise me" meal suggestions could fail to generate; now reliable.
2.3 Jun 18
- **Refreshed Nutrition screens** — the plan type is now the screen title (no boxed-in title), a cleaner daily hero with protein/fat/carbs chips, per-meal progress rings, and tighter food lists.
- **Calculator** — the daily hero now shows points remaining, today's kcal vs. your goal, and a per-meal budget bar.
- **Fixed** — diet plans in Russian/English no longer show Latvian units (e.g. "gab." now reads "шт." / "pcs").
- **Fixed** — the "add product" screen buttons no longer overflow or wrap awkwardly.
- **Fixed** — a challenge could get stuck once its time ran out (no way to reopen, restart, or leave it). You can now restart it and try again, or leave it cleanly.
2.2 Jun 16
- **New — Fasting & Mindful Eating timers**: progress stages, gentle in-meal pacing tips, and one-tap start right from the home screen.
- **New — Health Protocols**: guided protocols with self-assessment questionnaires and recommended lab panels.
- **New (Premium) — PDF reports**: export your nutrition, diary and progress as a PDF.
- **Improved**: Challenges now live in the More menu, and the home screen shows live timers and real program names.
- Performance improvements and bug fixes.
2.1 Jun 16
Nutrition, redesigned
All four nutrition plans — Weekly Menu, Diet, Recipes and Calculator — now share one clean, consistent design: the same calendar, the same daily summary, and the same meal cards.
A new daily summary shows your calories and protein / fat / carbs at a glance on every plan.
Every meal now shows its macros (protein · fat · carbs), not just calories.
Streaks where they matter
Your streaks now appear as a small flame badge right on the card you earned them on — water, weight, nutrition, routines and challenges — instead of one long list.
Better health-reading charts
Charts now show a shaded "healthy range" so a value reads as in or out of range at a glance.
Blood-pressure readings are colour-coded by category.
Stress is now entered on a simple 1–10 slider.
Track exactly what you want
Customise the quick-add (+) button to track only what matters to you — and those choices now drive your Progress charts.
Smarter walkthroughs
The "how it works" intro for each plan now appears only the first time. Tap the ? icon any time you want a refresher.

[1.2.0] — 2026-05-02
A large bug-fix and refinement release focused on calorie tracking, the Coaching Program lifecycle.
Added
Unified daily calorie intake — everything you log (diet, calculator, recipes, weekly menu, AND diary entries) now flows into one canonical daily total. The Nutrition / Diary pill toggle is gone; the dashboard shows a single "Consumed" number.
Unified daily calorie target — auto-priority (Coaching Program ▸ manual baseline ▸ today's plan total ▸ recommended). The "Recommended" TDEE value is shown as a small anchor below the target so it's always visible. Manual override now wins over the plan, so a custom number actually sticks even while you follow a plan.
Profile shows recommended kcal alongside your saved baseline when they differ by more than 50 kcal — makes it obvious that "Daily kcal" is your stored baseline (not auto-updated with weight changes if you set it manually).
Tap the weight card on Home to open the Log Weight modal — direct shortcut from the dashboard.
Final-measurements form pre-fills with your latest values — weight from your latest log, chest / waist / hips from your most recent measurement entry. Just confirm or tweak.
"Reuse data from last program" banner on supervision intake — if you finished a program in the last 30 days, you can skip the new intake form and use your previous final measurements + photos as the starting point in one tap.
Coaching Program "Final measurements" step shows a heads-up during the last 2 days of the program ("Your program is about to end — get ready…"), then switches to the direct submit CTA after end date.
1.2.0 May 2
Celebrate your weekly progress with a new end-of-week summary and confetti.
Plan your week faster: copy last week's meals or duplicate a day's products to other days in one tap.
Smarter plan picker with personalized recommendations based on your profile, allergies, and calorie target.
"Supervision" is now "Coaching Program" — a friendlier name for your journey with your coach.
Cleaner challenge screens and clearer feedback when logging meals.
Fixes: correct dates near midnight, smoother charts, reliable premium links, and coaching-plan reminders that always match what your coach assigned.
