• Tournament games wear a gold event chip — tap it to open that event's bracket • Schedule cards show each opponent's season record • Scoring: rebound tracking after missed shots, and a fix to the shot-placement flow • Games with their own clock format (halves, custom lengths) now run it in the scorer • Reliability fixes for live scoring

On iPad • Bracket and Team are two panes now. My Path sits beside the draw, and the roster beside the player you picked, instead of one stacked column you had to scroll past. • A short list of cards sits centred instead of stranded in the top-left corner of a wide screen. • Both work the same in portrait and landscape, on the 11-inch and the 13-inch. For high school • A tied game reads as a tie. Ties are legal under NFHS rules, and a 1-1 final used to show as a loss for both teams. Records now read W-L-T where a team has drawn. • A game against another squad from your own club no longer counts in your record. It still shows in your schedule, marked as a scrimmage, but it does not decide anything. At the scorer's table • "Track opponent stats by default" now actually applies when you start a new game. • Shot-location tracking stays where you left it instead of switching itself back off.

For anyone at the scorer's table • Playing someone else today? Fix the opponent right on the game card. It publishes at once, so spectators, the TV and the box score all follow. Bracket games stay with the tournament director. • Try the scoring board. Practise on a real board from Settings — nothing you tap is sent anywhere. • A per-player re-entry countdown, on the lineup and on the kickout list. • The second referee now signs off alongside the first at the end of a game. • NFHS desk duties: a prompt for a side's last timeout, and for the one-minute announcement. • An opponent who has fouled out is greyed out, so you can't pick them by mistake. For everyone else Season tournaments show up on your schedule at their date, and games linked to one carry the event's name.

Ties, truth, and polish — this update makes Eggbeater more honest about how games really ended. • Ties are real results now: tied finals wear a TIE badge, day records read W-L-T, and high-school standings count draws — ready for the NFHS season, where a tie is a legal final. • A game that was abandoned mid-scoring no longer shows as LIVE — it returns to the schedule as unplayed instead of pretending forever. • Game details tell the truth when detailed scoring wasn't recorded, instead of showing empty tables under a real score. • Follow a player who changed teams: the cross-club link picker now includes past players, so a spectator can keep following a player who moved. • Sharing a live game now says "Share score" (finals keep "Share result"). • Entering a club code got friendlier: a code with no teams names the problem and offers the way out, junk entries clean themselves up, and smart-punctuation dashes no longer break hand-typed codes. • Scorer tools now announce when they switch on, with a pointer to Settings. • Roster polish: imported season stats no longer truncate on iPhone.

Your imported season now says who kept goal. A keeper's saves used to sit under a line that called her a field player — the label and the number disagreed, and the label was wrong.

Opponent crests now appear everywhere they should — the schedule, Up Next and game cards. Follow more than one player: pick as many as you like and they stack, including players at another club. Shot mapping leaves beta, with its own switch right on the scoring board.

Built for the high school season. League games are marked on your schedule, your league record sits beside your overall record, and the Bracket tab becomes the league title race until the section releases a bracket. Coach announcements now appear at the top of Games.

Make it yours. Pick the app icon on your home screen — the letterman patch, the classic ball, the varsity ball or the school seal. Settings › Display › App Icon. Plus the usual round of fixes to keep scores, brackets and standings fast and readable.

Standings that answer the next question. • Every standings row now shows who you play next and when — "Next vs Newport Beach · 11:00 AM", or "Now" in red when that game is already in the water. • Movement arrows show how far a team has climbed or slipped since you last looked. • A flight with more than one pool can be read as a single ladder, so you can see where you sit across the whole flight — not just inside your own group. • The schedule can be read by venue: what is in the water at each pool right now, how many games are left there today, and what is up next. • Pool cards are easier to read — full team names instead of clipped ones. • Season totals no longer quietly skip a tournament that was saved without a season label.

Play-by-play that tells you who. • Every play now shows the cap number, the player and their team — so a parent reading the feed knows which side just scored, not only that somebody did. • Goals carry the running score, and the quarter and clock read together. • Cap colours are shown where the game tells us them, so you can match what you're reading to what you're watching from the deck. • "In the water" lists every swimmer in the pool at once instead of hiding most of them in a sideways scroller. • Live scores refresh on their own again, whether or not the game you're watching had already started when you opened the app. • The LIVE badge no longer appears twice on the same card. Junior Olympics play-by-play is included for games scored at the desk.

Fixes for families following games in progress. • Live scores now update on their own. A game scored by the tournament desk refreshed only when you pulled down to refresh, so a card could sit on an old score while the game moved. The app now re-checks while any game is live, and again whenever you return to it. • "This Tournament" no longer comes up empty for your own team. If your club's entry carries a squad letter or colour, your own side of a game showed no games and no standings while the opponent's side worked. Your games and your pool table are both back. • Live scores from the 6-8 Sports desk now appear on the game card, in the tournament view and on Apple TV — always labelled as theirs, and never used to decide a winner or move a bracket while a game is in progress. • Following more than one swimmer is easier to find: "All My Teams" now appears in the team switcher with a note explaining how to turn it on, instead of staying hidden until you had already starred two teams. • The "Updated" stamp is honest again: it no longer claims a refresh that never happened. Spectating is always free — no account needed.

Now made for iPad — and easier to get to the pool. • NEW On iPad, the whole app uses the bigger screen. The tournament flow, schedules, rosters and brackets lay out in two columns; the game you tap opens in a detail pane beside the list; the live scorer splits into a score/clock column and a roster/play-by-play column; and the header lines up with the content. Portrait and landscape. • NEW Every venue can show a parking note and a "Park & walk" link that opens the walking route to the pool — on game cards, game detail, the bracket, and Plan-your-day. • Ask the Desk, the live tournament assistant, is now available on iPad — from the sparkles button in the header. • Medal podiums are now split by flight: a rebracketed division shows Platinum's medals and Gold's medals separately, never mixed — and a bronze decided in a shootout is no longer dropped. • Fixes: Ask the Desk no longer closes the instant it opens; the Watch List tab reads cleanly again; and the faint fade at the edges of scrolling lists is gone. Spectating is always free — no account needed.

Know exactly where your team landed — Platinum or Gold — and follow every game from there. • NEW The rebracket, right on your Pools page — see the original seeding pools AND the Platinum/Gold groups your team moved into after day two, each sorted leader-first. Your own flight opens first; the others fold away. • NEW Every round is split by division — a Semifinal now tells you whether it's Platinum or Gold, and each game carries its flight, so a busy schedule reads at a glance. • The full-screen bracket can be narrowed to ONE division, so you follow just your path from the play-in through to the final. • Game cards now show the time and the venue, so you can plan the drive — and a game decided in a shootout shows the actual shootout score, not just the word "Shootout". • Dozens of layout fixes across phone, watch and Apple TV — long club names no longer clip.

• See who's in the water: during a live game, the score screen now shows the players currently in the pool — cap number and name — updating as substitutions happen. • Finished games now appear under Results the same day they're played, not just the next day. • For scorers tracking opponent stats: opponent players now show by name with their cap numbers, and you can record how each of your shots ended — blocked, saved by the keeper, or missed.

Stability fixes for tournament weekend: resolves a rare crash when opening the live scoring board, and Full Draw brackets now appear for every linked team. Faster official-result updates across schedules, standings, and brackets.

Plan your whole tournament weekend. • Plan your day — under Bracket → My Path: every time your team could play each day, win or lose, with the pool on each game. Days the bracket hasn't seeded yet show an honest time range, so you can still plan hotels, meals and the drive home. • Win/Lose routes now show WHERE each result sends you — "Lose → 7:50 AM at Long Beach" — not just when. • Tap any pool name for directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze. • Clubs with A/B squads: each squad now sees exactly its own schedule, and families can follow either squad or both. • Calendar sync, rebuilt: synced games now keep themselves up to date — opponents fill in and time/pool changes flow to your calendar automatically. Event titles lead with the age group and squad, and you can sync just one squad's games. • If your next game moves, a banner calls it out. • Full Spanish and French throughout the new features.
