Instead of chasing streaks or shouting PRs, H7 asks one simple question: are you getting enough hours of real movement a week? Final goal - one hour a day - level of activity associated with a long, healthy life. Everything in the app is built around helping you get there at your own pace, from H0 (almost no movement) up through H7.

Every week of consistent movement earns progress toward your next belt — white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown, black. Seven levels (H1–H7) tell you exactly where you stand, what's next, and how far you've come.

Walking, running, cycling, swimming, climbing, yoga, martial arts, dance, team sports, hiking -pick what fits your life. Each activity is calibrated so a 45-minute hike counts like a hike, not like a marathon.
WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH
H7 reads your workouts from Apple Health automatically - the treadmill, the park run, the swim you logged with your watch. No double-entry, no guilt about forgotten sessions.
QUIET, PRIVATE, YOURS
No follower counts. No feeds to doom-scroll. No ads. Your data lives on EU servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export or delete everything from the Profile screen at any time.
MULTILINGUAL
Czech, English, Slovak — the app follows your device language, or you can pick.
