Peptide Protocol: Dose Tracker
GLP-1 Injection Calculator
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Log GLP-1 and peptide doses in seconds — reconstitution helper, vial inventory and weekly insight charts. Now with a brand-new look.
Peptide Protocol is the privacy-first peptide tracker for GLP-1 (Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound, Retatrutide), BPC-157 and research peptides — log every dose in seconds and see what is actually changing.
A reconstitution helper that does the arithmetic on the values you enter yourself, vial inventory with refill reminders, and weekly insight charts for energy, sleep, appetite, mood and weight.
Built for the biohacking and longevity crowd: pause your protocol with a return date and it auto-resumes the day you choose. Rotate injection sites, review side-effect patterns week by week, and keep every record local-first on your device.
WHO IT IS FOR
Peptide Protocol is designed for people who want structure, clarity, and better protocol follow-through without spreadsheet complexity.
IMPORTANT
Peptide Protocol is for personal organisation and self-tracking only. It does not calculate, recommend, or adjust medication doses and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • Fixed a rare crash that could happen the first time you opened the app after updating.
• The subscription screen now fits every iPhone — plan details, trial terms and the button are all on screen.
• Dark mode is easier to read: setup icons and selection circles are clearly visible, and Library article images no longer show a black band along the top.
• New installs now open in the light theme. Midnight and Obsidian are still one tap away in Settings.

• A brand-new look: vials and syringes are now real 3D models, with a redesigned app icon and cards that stay clear in both light and dark.
• Your setup is never lost — build a protocol and step away, and it stays saved and ready to switch on whenever you are.
• Smoother scrolling in lists and charts, and small labels now meet contrast standards at every text size.
• Fixes across the protocol editor, dose calculator, injection-site rotation and onboarding, plus fuller translations.
6.3 Jul 29
• Major data-protection upgrade: the app now keeps automatic daily backups of your data on your device.
• If your data ever looks empty when it shouldn't, Peptide Protocol now finds your latest backup and offers to restore it with one tap.
• Fixed a rare issue where the app could start with a blank database after an interrupted launch — your data now always stays put.
• Recently lost data? Update, open the app, and follow the restore prompt: your records are still on your device.
6.2 Jul 24
• Fixed: your schedule could stop showing doses under Today after about a month. It now stays loggable for as long as your protocol runs.
• Fixed: correcting a logged dose no longer drops it from your streak, levels chart, or doctor report.
• Fixed: a weight check-in could be saved in the wrong unit after switching between kg and lb.
• Clearer estimated-levels chart — a marked "now" point, labeled projections, and consistent units.
• More complete translations across all 14 languages, plus layout fixes and better support for large text sizes.
6.1 Jul 22
• Your week, recapped — a short weekly notification now highlights what's working in your protocol, so progress stays top of mind between doses.
• Safer dose math — the Reconstitution Helper flags a draw that looks off, whether it's unusually high or unusually low, before you inject.
• A faster, cleaner path from first launch through to Pro.
• Polish and reliability improvements throughout the app.

New in 5.9:
• Cycle on and off — build a protocol with dosing phases and planned breaks, set how long you're on and off, and let it repeat automatically.
• A planned break no longer looks like a missed dose: your streak stays safe and reminders go quiet until dosing resumes.
• Your calendar, Home, and widgets now mark break days and show exactly when dosing picks back up.

New in 5.6:
• Doctor-ready PDF report (Pro): turn months of tracking into one clean, shareable summary — protocols, dose adherence, side-effect patterns, and weight and symptom trends — ready for your next appointment.
• Trial reminder: get a heads-up before any free trial ends, so a renewal never catches you off guard.
• Clearer, fully-cited reference info; research-only peptides now show "Not established" instead of unverified numbers.
• Performance and stability improvements.

A beautiful new look — and a smoother app underneath.
• A fresh new look: a refreshed design across the whole app, with soft glass cards, warm gold accents, and cleaner screens that are easier to read at a glance.
• Redesigned navigation: a new floating tab bar with a glowing center button puts logging a dose one tap away from anywhere.
• Smoother and more dependable: reminders are better spaced so you won't get two pings at once, and setting up a protocol picks up cleanly even if you return days later.
• Built from your feedback — keep the ideas coming in Settings → Send feedback. We read every message.
5.4 Jun 14
Your setup now picks up where you left off. If the app closes mid-onboarding, Peptide Protocol restores your answers and exact step instead of restarting the quiz.
Also in this update:
• Smarter first-dose, trial-end and return reminders that stay aligned with your real activity and Pro status.
• Clearer Pro plan screens, with live trial terms, lifetime access when available, a reachable close button and visible Restore Purchases progress.
• More reliable dose actions, widget confirmations and inventory warnings, so the app reflects what actually saved.
5.3 Jun 11
• Progress photos: capture front, side, and back from the Log tab. A ghost overlay of your previous shot helps you frame the same angle every time.
• Compare any two days side-by-side or with a slider, and get an automatic monthly time-lapse you can share.
• Face blur and Face ID lock are built in — photos stay on this device and are excluded from iCloud backup.
• Energy, Sleep, and Appetite charts now show your true level — a steady 9/10 reads as 9/10 instead of collapsing to the bottom.
• Vial inventory adds pre-mixed commercial pens (Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound) and a multi-vial save for stacked stock.

• A sharper inventory — vials, prefilled syringes and cartridges are now tracked separately. Stock counts, low-stock alerts and refill nudges match what you actually have on hand.
• Edit your history — tap any past day to add, edit or delete a check-in or a logged dose. Your log can finally match what really happened.
• Adherence math, fixed — your adherence percentage now reflects the doses you actually completed.
• Loving Peptide Protocol? A quick App Store rating supports development. Got an idea for a future update? Settings → Send feedback — we read every word.
4.9 May 23
• Build a protocol step by step — compound, dose, schedule, reminders, inventory, review. Each page does one thing.
• Watch the draw amount move on a real syringe as you type. See the next two weeks of doses light up on a calendar before you save.
• Backdate already-started cycles in one tap. Your streak picks up where you left off instead of starting from zero.
• Editing an existing protocol now uses the same paged flow, the same live previews, and the same polish.
4.8 May 20
Insights you can teach, a re-imagined first run, and the smoothest taps we've ever shipped — a polish pass on the parts of the app you touch every day.
• Your daily insight on the Insights tab now pairs with a thumbs up or down. Tell the read what landed and what missed, and the next day's connection between your stack, energy, sleep, and appetite gets tuned to you.
• First run is rebuilt from scratch — live previews of every chart, a goal pace tied to your real weight target, and an "I'll set this up later" path if you're not ready to lock in a protocol yet.
• Rapid taps no longer skip past important screens or flip goal tiles back on and off. Every interaction settles before the next one fires.
• The vial icon on Protocols reads true to what's actually left in the bottle, with quieter touches across the dose calendar and quick log.
4.6 May 18
This release fixes two things you'll feel right away:
• Your adherence percentage now matches your real dose schedule. If you weren't injecting daily, the old number under-counted you — adherence now compares completed doses against what was actually scheduled in the last 7 days, across Insights, weekly reports and the Protocols tab.
• The reconstitution calculator stays reliable on unusual vial inputs. Edge-case values can no longer crash the screen or produce nonsense numbers.
4.4 May 16
This release polishes the parts of Peptide Protocol you touch every day:
• Pause with a return date — pause for 1, 2 or 4 weeks (or a month) and your protocol auto-resumes on the day you picked.
• Calendar shows the whole picture — paused-protocol resume dates and cycle-end markers now appear right on the dose calendar.
• Energy · Sleep · Appetite carousel — swipe the Insights chart to flip between three signals at once.
• Pinch the Weight Journey — Pro: pinch to zoom on the weight chart for a closer look at any stretch of your arc.
• Widget gallery shows real data — adding a widget now shows your actual heatmap, weight trend and inventory, not empty placeholders.
• Send feedback inside the app — no email app needed.
4.3 May 14
This release is about staying consistent without the friction:
• Quiet Hours — set a window and the app mutes non-urgent reminders. Dose reminders still fire on time.
• Vial expiration alerts warn you a week ahead so you can plan a refill before you run out.
• Streak Rescue sends a silent 9 PM nudge if your streak would break by midnight.
• The peptide library now has search and saved articles — bookmark what matters, revisit it later.
• Weight projection insights show where your trajectory is heading, not just where you've been.
• The whole app now speaks 14 languages.
4.2 May 13
Version 4.1 hands you the controls. A new Notifications page in Settings lets you set Quiet Hours so non-urgent reminders stay silent overnight, mute Streak Rescue or re-engagement nudges on their own, and silence individual protocols without touching their schedule. Vials now warn you a week before they expire. Re-engagement reminders anchor on real activity — logged or skipped doses — instead of every app open, and paused protocols stop nagging until you resume. Thanks for the feedback — keep it coming.
4.1 May 11
Version 4.0 puts the past back in your hands. The new Doses tab in Log lets you edit any logged dose — fix the amount, vial, time, site, or notes, and inventory reconciles itself. Tap a check-in in History to update energy, sleep, weight, or notes. New Weight Progress share card, refined muted vial palette, and free users now get full widget data with no more locked panels. Thanks for the feedback — keep it coming. If you notice something that could be improved, don't hesitate to email us, we respond to everyone : support@peptide-calc.app :)
4.0 May 8
Version 3.9 brings home screen widgets — Next Dose, Daily Check-In, Inventory, Site Rotation, Streak & Adherence, and Weight Trend — so your protocol stays one glance away. Refined onboarding, faster dose calculator, and across-the-board polish. Thanks for the feedback — keep it coming.
