Whatever little free coins that they give you to play with, I actually won $150 and I cashed out to my PayPal yesterday and I still haven’t received anything nor have I received any kind of email which they tell you through their little Bo customer service because there’s no real actual people you can. everyone else says that they cashed out. I just downloaded this today. Got 20 cents free (lame), then deposited $3 to get $4, then got $3 free for adding my phone number, won and cashed out $10. Quick ID verify and $9 back to my PayPal. (They took $1 redemption fee which is not great.) I tripled my $3 easy as pie. Do not expect smooth payouts. I just started playing here and passed all legal KYC identity checks with no issues. I won and submitted a redemption ($86 via ACH and $117 via PayPal). Immediately afterward, my account was completely blocked, and they claimed my account numbers were "incorrect"—even though they were copied directly from my bank. Wells Fargo has confirmed there are zero flags or rejected transactions on my end; the casino's payment processor is blocking the funds or freezing accounts on their own backend system. I am a verified, legitimate player using my own matching payment methods. I am requesting a manual account and store review from a real person to fix this glitch and honor my payouts.

See the other day I had my first big win ever! I’d really don’t hear that out five bucks you can cash out sounded great! Well, I guess you had to have several wins the other day. And I have been quite a bit on this game. Well I won $136 on one win. And several other amounts ran him from $40,30,10 and so on $3.20 n all different amounts anyways. And my grandchildren was $371 dollars worth of winnings. I go to cash out and what did they do they put my winnings on hold. And stupid speech about we’ll get to you as quick as we can to release that for you. I paid hard earned good money in that game. I won some money back and there’s no reason they should be holding that amount of money. So be careful with them!!
