Phill is a simple medication reminder designed for everyone — especially seniors and caregivers. No signup and no account: add your medications, set the times, and Phill reminds you.
KEY FEATURES
- Smart Reminders: Local notifications tell you when it's time to take your medicine. Missed a dose? Phill sends a follow-up reminder after 30 minutes.
- Flexible Schedules: Set daily times, specific weekdays, every N days, or cycle schedules such as 21 days on / 7 days off. Pause and resume a medication anytime, and get a refill reminder when your supply runs low.
- Photo Records: Take a photo when you take your medication. It is cropped to a 1:1 square with the date and time stamped automatically. Use the camera or your photo library.
- Calendar History & Monthly Report: See your medication history on a monthly calendar with adherence rates and streaks, and share a weekly summary with family or caregivers.
- Senior Mode: Large text, high contrast colors, and a simple layout make Phill easy to use at any age.
- Backup & Export: Turn on Auto backup in Settings to keep an encrypted copy on this device, which can be restored only on this device. Moving to a new phone? Export your data as JSON first, then import it on the new phone. You can also export JSON or CSV through the share sheet.
- Privacy: Your medication records are stored in an encrypted database on your device. There is no account and no Phill server, and core features work offline. The free version shows ads, and anonymous analytics and crash reports help us improve the app. Optional calendar sync adds dose events to your device calendar.
- Premium: A one-time purchase removes ads and unlocks PDF monthly report export. No subscriptions.
