App needs some work. For example, when you select browse and scroll down to Every Title and sort by new releases, which is primarily what I’m interested in, it says ‘No books found’.

Items added to my cart vanish when I try to checkout. Other items that are listed as being in stock have error messages pop up saying that they can’t be purchased online. Customer Service is clearly automated, because my concise overview of the issues I was experiencing was met with stock responses and a link to an item I clearly told them could not be ordered. After not responding for several hours, they suddenly marked my ticket as “solved”. Utterly worthless app with inexcusably bad customer service.

Love the app. Very smooth and personalized for my interests and there are always fresh items every time I come on.
