My Revelation reads your heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, workouts, and body composition data. Everything is aggregated on your iPhone before anything is sent to our servers. Answer a few questions about your goals and context. Age, activity level, injuries, what you're trying to achieve. These act as guardrails — the same data can produce completely different Revelations depending on whether you're training for a marathon or recovering from one. Your Revelation is generated. It finds the one insight in your data that combines surprise, impact, and actionability, and frames it as a story — not a statistic.
