Fixes & improvements • Fixed a crash that could occur when removing an indication in the Ophthalmoscopy test. • Fixed scrolling in Diagnosis & Plan so long diagnosis lists reach the bottom and the Review button stays visible. • Diagnoses auto-coded from your findings now show their official ICD-10 descriptions. • Diagnosis & Plan items now reliably keep the order you arrange them in. • The Over-Rx "synchronize" button in Contact Lenses now copies values correctly between the right and left eye. • Rx expiration dates now populate correctly when a technician is charting on behalf of a doctor. • Exam History now shows the correct scheduled provider, including across locations. • Fixed an issue where custom tests could be dropped from an exam workflow. • Fixed flickering and header movement on the Schedule.

This update includes bug fixes and improvements: • Chief Complaint & HPI: fixed an issue where some History of Present Illness options (including the eye/laterality choices under Location) could not be selected. • Chief Complaint & HPI: the Edit and New buttons are now easier to tap without hitting nearby controls by mistake. • Chief Complaint & HPI: resolved a freeze that could occur when adding a chief complaint. • Custom Tests: field entries now save reliably. • Schedule: the calendar no longer skips weeks, and tapping an appointment opens it correctly.

This release includes minor bug fixes and improvements to AI Scribe.

This update introduces per-section AI Scribe and improves recording reliability. • Per-section AI Scribe: at locations licensed for section-level scribe, each exam section now has its own "Access Scribe" button. Tap it to dictate and record just that section — the recorder appears right in the section's header while the rest of the chart stays visible. • While a section is recording, navigation stays on that section's step so a recording isn't interrupted. • More reliable AI Scribe audio capture, especially when recording one section after another. • Refined AI Scribe button placement and layout across exam sections and Assessment & Plan.

This release is a cosmetic change only: the AI Scribe section buttons were restyled and relabeled to "Access Scribe" to match the Access button in the encounter header.

AI Scribe improvements: • Voice navigation — say "Access" followed by a section name (for example, "Access Refractions") to jump straight to that part of the exam. • Voice generation — say "Access Done" to generate the encounter document hands-free. • A single Generate button on each supported test and on Assessment & Plan, replacing the previous controls. • Clearer feedback while AI is working — per-section loading states and an active progress indicator in the encounter header. • Refreshed styling for the Access and Generate buttons. This release also includes general performance and stability improvements.

This update includes bug fixes and refinements: • Contact lens entries now save reliably. Text typed into the Message to Staff field and rigid lens parameter fields (SCRad/SAG/RZD, PCRad/LZD, etc.) is not captured and saved correctly, and these fields now match the rest of the fields. • Restored the Copy and Duplicate icons on contact lens rows, which now respond reliably to taps. • Other improvements for reliability.

Tap Access to start listening, and dictate your exam as you move through the chart, with audio cues and easy start/stop controls. • Refreshed encounter header — A cleaner, easier-to-read patient banner with a tidier layout and a smoother auto-save indicator. • Contact lenses improvements — Patient instructions, copying prescriptions, and over-refraction entry now work smoothly and reliably. • Smarter doctor selection — Only active providers appear, with a clear message when none are available and an easy retry if the network hiccups. • Better IOP history — All pressure readings for a visit now display, with correct times. • More reliable device integration — Measurements from connected instruments transfer more dependably, with clear alerts if something goes wrong. Plus bug fixes and performance improvements.

Upload patient photos right from the exam. Tap any patient avatar to take a new photo or pick one from your library, and press-and-hold any avatar to peek at it full-size. BUG FIXES • Fixed missing auto-coded diagnoses for Refractions > Manifest. Diagnoses now generate when you enter Manifest values manually or copy them from history. • Fixed missing auto-coded diagnoses for Ophthalmoscopy stamps and labels. Adding, removing, or clearing stamps and labels on the drawing canvas — including via Copy from History — now updates the related diagnoses. • Fixed an issue where Ophthalmoscopy drawings copied from a previous encounter did not appear on the new encounter. • Fixed glasses and contact lens prescription expiry dates not defaulting when records arrive via real-time updates or are copied from history.

• More reliable live sync. Your exam stays in sync automatically after Wi-Fi or cellular interruptions, and a new status indicator in the exam header shows sync state at a glance (green = flowing, yellow = reconnecting, red = offline). • Fixed a bug where Patient History reviews were sometimes cleared. • Fixed a hang that could occur when opening the Patient Histories > Custom History section. • Auto-save is more efficient in the background during long exam sessions.
