MARTA Mobility is the ADA-compliant paratransit service for eligible riders who are unable to use MARTA’s fixed route bus or rail system. This app makes booking and managing your Mobility trips easier than ever. What is MARTA Mobility? · A shared, curb-to-curb service operating within ¾ mile of MARTA bus routes and rail stations. · Designed for eligible riders with disabilities who need an alternative to fixed-route transit. · ADA-compliant vehicles equipped for wheelchairs, scooters, and mobility aids. Eligibility Required: To use MARTA Mobility, riders must complete the eligibility process and have a MARTA Mobility photo ID Breeze card. Fare: $4 one-way. MARTA Mobility riders with authorization from a medical professional are allowed to ride with a single designated personal care attendant at no additional charge. Ways to Pay: After implementation of the better Breeze system, credit or debit card in the application, or credit, debit, or Breeze card onboard the vehicle, and cash onboard the vehicle will be accepted. Hours: Available during the same days and hours as MARTA bus and rail service. App Features: · Book trips easily from your phone. · Schedule and manage reservations with ease. · Track your ride in real time and receive updates. · Modify or cancel trips directly in the app. · Secure and accessible for all approved Mobility customers. How do MARTA’s Mobility and Reach services differ? While both services are ADA compliant, MARTA Reach is an on-demand micro transit service for the general public, offering curb-to-curb rides within designated zones to connect with the larger MARTA system. MARTA Mobility is an advance reservation paratransit service for eligible riders with disabilities who are unable to use regular MARTA service, providing scheduled curb-to-curb trips within ¾ mile of MARTA transit lines.

Even harder than old app to manage for adult child with intellectual disability. Only allows 1 phone number to get notifications. Subscription rides got 45 minutes longer. Have no visibility of ride until you are next to be picked up - that has ranged from a 30 minute ETA to 2 minute ETA. Haven’t been able to book on demand rides - says to call. When you do call about late rides the people have no visibility of the ride either and can’t give you an eta. Home page should be a menu of things you can do: book a ride, my rides, wallet, help.

The app lacks key accessibility features such as dynamic text in the abilities to choose dark mode. The other major issue I have where the app is that I’m unable to decline the ability to rate a driver. Sometimes I just want to schedule my ride. If I have a complaint about a driver, I’m going to contact MARTA customer service and not rate the driver
