• Meet Radar, your in-app help assistant. Tap "Ask Radar" in the menu to ask how to do anything in the app, like processing a partial return or scheduling a delivery. Radar can also file a problem report for you. • Rate Radar's answers with a thumbs up or down to help improve them. • Company administrators can turn Radar on or off for their whole team. • Company settings changed by your administrator now apply as soon as you reopen the app, without signing out.

• View as: managers and admins can preview the app as any lower role (Manager, Supervisor, Field) to see exactly what their team sees, then switch back with one tap. • New Equipment Exceptions list: everything sold, stolen, missing, damaged or stuck on-site in one place — see when the site super acknowledged it, book the pick-up as a service call, and mark it recovered, written off or billed. • Service calls: edit an asset's make, model, serial and unit number right from the service call, and edit parts and charges in place. The dashboard service-call sheet adds a summary, Save Date and View Agreement. • Create Agreement: an optional step-by-step mode, and a Parts For Sale section. • Rental agreements: fence package summaries, and the signed document opens correctly (or shows None on file). • Sales tax: items can be marked not taxed, with street-address rates for Washington and California jobs. • Packages limited to one company only show for that company. • Moving a charge only asks when the trip has no charge yet. • Bug fixes and improvements.

• Today's Tasks: work orders now show which unit they're for — make and model, equipment type, and serial or unit number — and task titles use the full width of the card. • Rental agreements: sections can have their own service-call types and charges. • Company details: choose Canada, United States or Mexico; province/state, postal/ZIP code, sales tax and workers' comp labels follow the country. • Your company's colours and branding now carry through the whole app and the sign-in screen, and stay in place after you sign out. • Chat notifications no longer pop up while you're already in the app. • Bug fixes and improvements.

• The app is now called Rental Pilot, on your home screen and throughout. • Your company's own logo now appears in the header and on the sign-in screen (the Rental Pilot compass if none is set). • Service calls: new "Replaced" action for bulk and flat-rate items — record a like-for-like replacement of damaged equipment, attach photos of the damage, and add a damage charge for review before billing. • Supervisors can now delete a service call themselves; the reason is kept in the call's history. • Companies: new Pricing and Fuel buttons, a contacts org chart, and managers can see their team's jobs. • New accounts: a guided "Finish setting up your account" step for the free trial. • Cleaner Equipment screen, plus bug fixes and improvements.

• Rental agreements now show Section A and Section B clearly. • Photos you haven't viewed yet are marked with a red dot, and you can see who has viewed each photo. • Service calls list each unit's number first, so identical equipment is easy to tell apart. • Phone numbers now always display as (###) ###-####. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.
