Hunter's Guide Look up hunting seasons, zones and official rules — Canada first, built to grow. Search by species or place (moose zone 2, deer Quebec 2026…), open the official source, and save the game, zones and methods you care about. Your dashboard then shows countdowns to opening and closing day, down to the hour. Animal calls A real call library by species, sex and type (grunt, bleat, rattling, bugle, yelp, and more), with season tags such as pre-rut and rut. Download the ones you use so they play with no signal. Set repeats and the pause between them, skip forward or back, and keep a mini-player while you stay on the map. Free calls stay available to everyone; premium calls come with a paid plan. Electronic calls are not legal everywhere — HuntBros reminds you to check the rules for your species, zone and season (including Canada's migratory bird rules) before you call. 7-day Pro trial Your first hunt session unlocks Pro for 7 days, no credit card. Create a hunt, invite a partner, use the live map and safety tools, then upgrade anytime to keep Pro when the trial ends. After that, Free still lets you join hunts organized by a Pro or Élite member. Offline hunts with Scout Hunt where there is no cell signal. Prepare a territory pack (maps and markers) while you still have coverage, then start a Scout-offline session or join the host over mesh radio — with a live progress of requests sent and chunks received. Field-readiness tells you before you leave whether your login, pack and sync are actually ready. When you come back online, pending changes sync; conflicts are listed so you can fix them. Buck-down alerts still go through the mesh. Safety signals are never blocked, even on Free (writes and new downloads need Pro or Élite). Smarter live map Wind flow as animated streaks (live forecast, or the last cached one offline) and a scent cone downwind of each hunter. Forest layers you can mix: hillshade, wetlands, water, forest roads, stands, infrastructure and cuts — plus presets such as moose scout, evening stand, access, relief and habitat now. Approximate viewshed from your position, terrain funnels wildlife often uses, and official hunting-zone boundaries when they are published. Remaining legal shooting light, a quiet/crisp/noisy woods hint, optional short names on hunter pins, and labels under map tool buttons if you want them. GeoPDF maps Import a georeferenced PDF (iFaune, topo and similar) as a map overlay glued to GPS. If lakes or roads sit a few metres off, nudge north/south/east/west and rotate until it lines up. You can still import GeoJSON, KML, KMZ and GPX for territory outlines (several polygons supported). Nearby hunting services Find blood-tracking dogs, hunting guides, butchers, outfitters, shooting clubs and stores. Search by name, city or region, filter by province, and save favorites (they can even queue offline and sync later). Service Pros can go available so nearby hunters see them; businesses show their locations. Scout hardware Order Scout in the app: quantity pricing, shipping to Canada and the United States, and a Pro bundle option (hardware plus a year of Pro). Firmware updates keep your device current. Pairing and status are clearer, including when a pack is ready, syncing, queued or missing. Sessions, territories and plans Territories split into yours and shared. After you create a hunt, share the invite code right away — including how friends join offline with Scout. Leave a session, or as owner remove a member. Subscribe monthly or annually (annual saves versus month-to-month) via the App Store; restore purchases if you change devices.
