Your strength is measured with an allometric scoring system that accounts for both the weight you lift AND your body weight. A 500 lb lifter moving 1000 lbs earns more respect than a 150 lb lifter at the same ratio. Track your rank across 6 muscle groups with a visual heat map of your body.
WORKOUTS
Choose from 20+ professionally designed templates or build your own. Log sets, reps, and weight with smart muscle diagrams. Track personal records and watch your strength grow over time.
NUTRITION
Log meals with food search, barcode scanner, or build custom meals from 38+ restaurant menus including Chipotle, Dunkin', Chick-fil-A, and more. Track macros, micronutrients, water, and supplements.
COMMUNITY
