Meeting audio and text are not uploaded to Pico servers for recognition. First use of a language may download system speech resources. Store purchases, files you choose to export and system backups are separate. CORE AI TOOLS, FREE TO USE Recording, live transcription, AI speaker labels, editing, playback, basic folders and selecting text in individual paragraphs are free. We want to keep the core AI tools free. An optional one-time support purchase unlocks full-transcript preview and copying, plus folder colors, icons and ordering. This purchase does not auto-renew. Existing supporters can restore their rights without buying again. Older subscriptions remain manageable through Apple’s subscription settings. Record a meeting, watch the transcript appear, and correct a word or add a thought while recording continues. Your meeting can hold editable conversation entries, separate meeting notes, and saved recordings in one place. EVERYDAY MEETING TOOLS • Live Apple on-device speech transcription • Editable short paragraphs, with time references for reviewing recordings • Automatic speaker labels that you can rename or correct • A speaker-detection switch in each meeting, on by default • Separate meeting notes for decisions and next steps • Meeting titles, history, search and basic folders • Saved audio with playback, seeking and speed controls • Delete an individual entry, or delete a whole meeting with confirmation YOUR LANGUAGE, YOUR NOTES Choose English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese for the interface. Recognition language is set separately: choose a default for new meetings, or change the language of one meeting. Available speech languages depend on Apple support for your device. Each recording uses one target language; existing text is not translated. REQUIREMENTS Requires iOS 26 or macOS 26, a supported device and a supported recognition language. The native Mac app requires Apple silicon. Keep the iPhone app in the foreground while recording. A recording can last up to two hours; continue with another recording in the same meeting for longer sessions. Check important automatic text and speaker labels, especially when voices overlap. Improved recording continuity on Mac when switching apps or hiding the window. Added a full-transcript preview with one-tap copying of all corrected text, optionally including speaker labels and timestamps. Clearer messages explain unexpected recording stops and save failures. Full-transcript preview and bulk copying are included with optional one-time support; individual paragraphs remain free to view, edit and select/copy. Drag meetings to folders or Unfiled, with touch long-press and Undo. Basic moving remains free. A new Inbox shows meetings that still need filing. Filed meetings leave Inbox but stay available in their folders, All meetings and global search, with location labels.
