Level Up Your Life. Track what's holding you back, build unstoppable streaks, and watch your character grow every day you resist. Your next level is one good day away.
Break the Habit. Level Up Your Life.
Ascend turns your worst habits into your greatest quest. Every day you resist scrolling, smoking, or whatever's holding you back, you earn XP, build your streak, and level up your character. Slip once? No problem — dust yourself off, keep your streak alive, and push higher.
Why Ascend hits different:
→ Track the habits you want to quit — not just build
→ Earn XP every time you resist a bad habit
→ Level up your character the longer your streak runs
→ Lose XP when you give in — real stakes, real motivation
→ Watch your progress over time and celebrate every win
Whether you're trying to quit vaping, cut back on screen time, stop biting your nails, or kick any habit that's dragging you down — Ascend makes the fight feel winnable.
It's not about being perfect. It's about levelling up, one day at a time.
Break your first Habit today.
