The transcript no longer shows through the playback controls at the bottom of the screen. • Know before you run out. On the Free plan you can now see how many recordings you have left in Settings — and on iPhone, right on the Record screen — instead of finding out when you reach the limit. • Better on iPad in portrait. Your summary now sits above the transcript, so you can read both comfortably. • Easier to tap. The Assign button on an action item now responds anywhere on the button. • Easier to read. Error messages and several small buttons — including play, Import, and iPad's Stop button — now have stronger contrast in Light Mode. • Kinder to large text. Recording titles no longer get cut off when you use larger text, and recording lengths and due dates stay on one line instead of breaking apart.

• On a long meeting, the summary now tells you it's still writing, instead of looking stuck. • A to-do with nobody's name on it now has an "Assign" button, so you can add the owner before you send your notes on. • An action item you've fixed yourself is marked "edited by you". • Search results and your library now show when a recording was made, instead of a vague "2 weeks ago". • The player no longer covers the line you're reading.

Stop recording, and Dictanta starts summarizing on its own with Apple Intelligence — key points, action items, decisions. When it's done, tap "View meeting notes" and it's right there. • Share a clean recap. Send just the summary by email or message — easy to read, no transcript attached. Want the full transcript too? Choose "Export with Transcript." • Fix action items in seconds. Touch and hold an item and choose "Edit Item" to correct who owns it or when it's due. • Stop from your Lock Screen. One tap on the banner's stop button ends the meeting — no need to unlock your phone. • Find anything fast. The new Search tab looks through every title, transcript, and summary. • Smoother everywhere. Long transcripts scroll fluidly, even while audio plays — and you can skip back or ahead 15 seconds. • Never lose a meeting.
