New guided brake bleeding walks you through front and rear ABS circuits with step by step prompts for each pump cycle. You can now read your bike’s equipment configuration to view enabled factory options and features. Actuator tests are easier to understand with clearer names and descriptions presented in a cleaner interface. Live data performance has been improved with faster refresh rates, smarter polling, and play or pause controls for sensors. This update also includes broader bike coverage, connection improvements, and reliability and security enhancements throughout.

Version 1.4 Share your fault codes, understand your errors, and use more of the app in your language. FAULT-CODE REPORTS YOU CAN SHARE Run a scan, then tap Share to turn the result into a clean, readable report. It gathers your bike's details (model, VIN, odometer, chassis), every stored code grouped by control unit with its status, and the plain-language description of each one. Send it straight to your mechanic over Messages, Mail, or AirDrop, or keep it for your own records. The report is built on your device and is only created when you tap Share. CLEARER ERROR MESSAGES When a read does not go through, Biketune now tells you what happened and what to check, in plain language, instead of showing a raw code. No response usually means the ignition is off. A bus error points to the adapter, the ignition, or the wrong bike profile. A rejected command often means a cheap clone that cannot keep up. Every hint is one tap away from the full technical detail when you want it. MORE OF THE APP IN YOUR LANGUAGE We translated the parts that were still appearing in English on non-English devices. That includes the fault and adapter messages, the recommended-adapters guide, the ABS block readings, the actuator-test prompts, the Control Units coding previews, and the connection banners, across all eleven supported languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Russian, and Icelandic. As always, try Demo mode to see every screen without an adapter, and run the in-app compatibility check on your own bike before relying on a feature. Found something that should work but does not? Service Reset for legacy BMW® K-bikes Riders on classic K-family bikes (MRKOMBI / KWP2000) can now run a full service reset from Biketune — sync the clock, set the next service date, update mileage, or reset everything in one step. Automatic Bluetooth reconnect If your adapter drops mid-session, Biketune now reconnects on its own. A short "Reconnecting…" indicator tells you what's happening, and you're back where you left off. Faster updates, over the air Improvements now reach your phone in days instead of weeks. Want them even sooner? Turn on "Get beta updates" in the About screen to receive new fixes as soon as they're merged. Easier adapter setup Scanning for a BLE adapter is now one tap on the Bluetooth screen — no more digging through iOS Settings. Plus a handful of polish fixes under the hood. Ride safe!
