Admins can now sign in with their own credentials and view the app as any customer, to see exactly what that customer sees when helping them. Pick a customer from the new searchable list; a banner shows who you are viewing, and Exit takes you back to the list to pick someone else. Customer views are read-only apart from raising a service request on their behalf, and never touch the customer's password or login.

Never miss a problem with your solar. If notifications are turned off, the home screen now shows a reminder with a one-tap way to switch them back on. Turning notifications on from Settings now takes effect right away instead of waiting until your next sign-in.

Fixed an issue where the home screen's live power flow and today's energy could briefly flicker between the previous and latest reading. Values now update smoothly.

Upgraded to React Native 0.85.3 (New Architecture, React 19). The Power Flow card now shows each node's real SolarEdge status — Active nodes show their live kW, Idle shows "Idle", and unmetered/Inactive nodes show "N/A" — and the always-on "Live" badge was removed. Fixed the landing screen feature cards so they fill the full width in a 2-column grid.

Your Power Flow is now truly live. The home screen shows real-time solar production refreshed automatically every few minutes, with an "Updated" timestamp on the Power Flow card and a faster Today's Energy tile. Plus: reset your password without leaving the app — password-reset emails now open My Solar RX directly to a new in-app Reset Password screen, and the Forgot Password flow is available from the email login screen.
