Difficulty levels for poses and flows: Every pose now carries a clear badge — Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Each flow automatically reflects the level of its hardest pose, so you can see at a glance whether it suits you today. Filter both lists by difficulty. Flow preview before start: Tap a flow to see all included poses, durations, and rest times before the workout begins. Decide for yourself whether today is the right day for it. Get Ready countdown: A short countdown (0–30 seconds, your choice) before the first pose gives you time to settle into position. Toggle it in Settings → Playback. Next-pose preview during rest: The rest screen now shows a gentle preview of the upcoming pose — especially helpful when the name doesn't ring a bell yet. Cleaner filter section: All filters now live behind a single tap, with an active-count badge and a one-tap reset. Less clutter, more focus.

We've added several of the most-requested features! • Find the right flow in seconds — new duration filter (0–5, 5–10, 10–20, 20–30, 30+ min) that you can combine with the category filter • Practise at your own pace: The new Manual Advance mode pauses the timer at the end of each pose and waits for you to tap to continue (enable it in Settings → Playback) • We've got your back in the background: A gentle notification tells you when the next pose begins — perfect when the screen is off • More time to settle in: Preset flows now include a 10-second transition between poses, plus a short breath between the left and right side of two-sided poses

New in this version: More free features! Previously, Shivaki required a paid subscription after a trial period – that's changing now. With the new freemium model, you can use the full range of poses and flows permanently free of charge. Shivaki Premium only comes into play if you want to create or edit your own content.
