Travel Keeper® 4.0 brings a new look, your tickets and confirmations saved inside each trip, and easier planning with the people you travel with. NEW • A bottom toolbar to get around the app, and a redesigned Home with your countdown, what’s up next, and past trips tucked away • A cleaner itinerary: tap any location to open Maps, and separate bookings for the same flights or hotel show as one card • Tag who’s on each flight or hotel right from the booking • Plans changed? Pick new dates and your whole itinerary moves with them • Cents per point on every redemption, with taxes and fees counted as cash paid, plus a way to log points you used to cover a purchase • A + button on Itinerary, Costs, and Notes, and every tab remembers where you left off • Save links from Instagram and websites into a trip or trip idea, right from the share sheet NEW WITH PRO • Files: keep PDFs and photos of your confirmations in each trip, up to 20 per trip, encrypted and synced • The people on your trip can open the files you choose to share • Share a trip with the people you travel with in one tap, up to 15 people per trip • Add a new device by scanning a code • National Parks sync across your devices • Face ID or your passcode before your recovery phrase is shown ALSO • Chiricahua National Park added to your bucket list • Easier-to-read text and better confirmation reading Everything that was free stays free.

Your travel day on the Lock Screen. On the day of a flight, a live card shows the route, the departure time and a countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. It is built on your phone from your own itinerary, with no account and nothing sent anywhere. Turn it on or off in Settings. (iOS 17 or later) Smarter paste-to-import. Paste a confirmation email and Travel Keeper now reads trains, flight-and-hotel bundles, the travelers on the booking, overnight flights and their landing day, and dates in every format airlines use. A cancellation email leaves everything unticked, and anything already in the trip is flagged so it isn't added twice. Safer saves. A warning before your phone runs out of room, a way to make room, and if a save is ever damaged the app recovers what it can. Sync for families on several devices (Pro). Your wishlist now syncs too, a device holding the wrong sync key can no longer overwrite the others, and when two devices disagree about a trip the other version lands in Recently deleted. Also: a trip can now start up to five years back, so a trip you have already taken counts in your year to planned/traveled in; red-eye flights show their landing day on the calendar and in the PDF; and trips without dates can be edited again.

Travel Keeper® is now a federally registered trademark, with a refreshed launch screen.

Deleted a trip by mistake? Now you can get it back. Recently deleted holds on to every trip you delete for 30 days. You'll find it in Settings, and one tap puts the trip back with everything it had: your itinerary, notes, packing list and costs. If a trip has gone missing on you at some point, look there first. It may still be waiting. Also in this update: • Trips with missing or unusual dates no longer drop out of the Year view • Restoring a backup now tells you exactly what it will replace, and whatever it replaces goes to Recently deleted so you can undo it

Day rooms are here. If you book a hotel room for a long layover, you can now add a stay that checks in and out on the same day. Links in your notes are tappable. Save a link to a restaurant, a hotel, or a reel you want to remember, and open it with one tap instead of copying and pasting. Travel insurance quotes are quicker. The email now includes everything needed to quote your trip, so there's less back and forth.

A few small improvements to make scanning confirmations (Pro) smarter. If Travel Keeper has been useful on a trip, there's now a spot in Settings to leave a review.

Scanning confirmations (Pro) got much smarter. It now better understands more airline and hotel layouts, including screenshots of flight cards.

Refreshed welcome screens and privacy details, now that Pro sync and shared trip planning are here.

Added a "Sync now" button so Pro users can force a refresh on their trips across devices anytime.

Small fixes: leaving a shared trip now works reliably, and the last days of a short trip no longer sit behind the keyboard.

Reliability fix for cross-device sync: a change made on one device now shows up correctly on your other devices.

Version 3.0 is here, and it's for families who plan together. • Sync across your devices (Pro). Start on your laptop, pick it up on your phone, always in step. Your trips are end-to-end encrypted before they leave your device, so only you can read them. • Plan together (Pro). Invite your partner or family to view a trip or help edit it. A quick security check confirms exactly who's in, and removing someone ends their access right away. Your recovery phrase keeps your synced trips yours alone. And as always, every feature that was free stays free, with no ads and no tracking. This small update makes setting up sync on a second device clearer and more reliable, with step-by-step guidance and an easy way to recover if something doesn't line up. Plus small fixes. Thank you for your feedback.

New in 2.3.1: • Add who's on a trip by tapping your saved family, no retyping. • Hide planning timeline steps that don't apply to a trip (Pro). • Once you check a step off, it stops sending you that reminder. • While you're traveling, your trip counts up day by day and welcomes you home when it ends. • Small fixes.

New in 2.3: • (Pro) Add to Calendar: send any trip straight to your phone or computer calendar. • (Pro) Smarter import: recognizes more airlines, including ones written out by name. • Turn iCloud backup on or off right inside the app. • Polish and fixes for a smoother ride.

Keep and share your whole trip, your way. New in Pro: • Save any trip as a PDF. Keep it, print it, or send it to whoever you're traveling with, so your whole plan lives in one place (handy for when your phone dies mid-trip). • Add your own steps to the trip timeline. Drop in personal planning reminders alongside the built-in ones, like renewing passports or booking the dog sitter. • Save a packing list as a template. Build your perfect list once, then reuse it on every trip. Free for everyone: • Tap any hotel, restaurant, or activity to open it in Maps. And the promises don't change: everything free stays free, your trip data stays on your phone, and no ads, ever. Thank you for planning your family adventures with us, and keep the feedback coming. It shapes every update.

v1.1, built on your feedback from week one. Pin a Travel Keeper widget to your home screen with a photo from your phone behind it. Plan multi-day activities like kids' camps and conferences. Check-in / check-out times on your stays. Wishlist sorts chronologically through the year. Plus the tiny details you've been flagging. Keep telling me what you'd like to see next.

Small fixes and polish: dates now format automatically as you type, faster loading and full offline support, plus privacy improvements.
