sincerely believe this app has changed my life and completely changed my relationship with working out.Before I started using it, I had very little motivation to work out or lose weight because I constantly felt like nothing I was doing was actually working. I hated going to the gym because I felt guilty if I wasn’t there for hours every day, but even when I was putting in all that time, I never felt like I was seeing any real progress. It became discouraging, and eventually it was hard to find a reason to keep going.Since using this app, that has completely changed. For the first time, I can actually SEE my progress, and that has motivated me more than anything ever has. I don’t feel like a workout only “counts” if I spend half my day doing it anymore. Whether I have an hour, a couple of hours, or I miss a day and come back the next, I still feel like I’m moving forward.It has taught me that consistency doesn’t have to mean perfection. I can see myself getting stronger, see the changes in my body, and actually feel proud of the work I’m putting in. Instead of dreading working out, I keep coming back because I know what I’m doing is making a difference.I’m incredibly grateful for this app and for the confidence and motivation it has given me. It has genuinely been such a huge part of my journey, and I can’t recommend it enough.

As a mom of 5, working out has honestly never been a priority for me. I’ve tried getting into it before, but nothing really made me want to stick with it. The way this app turns working out into a game completely changed that for me. I love earning credits, ranking up, unlocking new avatars and seeing myself move on the leaderboard. I used to hate working out, especially resistance training, because there was never an immediate reward for putting in the effort. Rep King completely changed that for me. It adds healthy competition and makes every workout feel like I’ve actually earned something. Logging my workouts, earning credits, climbing the leaderboard, and advancing toward the next avatar gives me a real sense of accomplishment.
