NEW • Event roundups by email: get a weekly email of what's happening near you, plus a weekend edition covering Thursday through Sunday. Turn either off in Settings → Notifications → Email, or with the unsubscribe link in any email. • Let friends know you're there: open SocialParty at a venue during an event and it'll offer to tell your friends you've arrived, or tap the new "I'm here" button on the event. Events show how many friends are there right now. Your location stays on your phone; only the check-in is shared and only to your friends. • Social links on your profile: add your Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and X usernames in Edit Profile. They appear as icons on your profile, visible only to your friends. • View your own profile: a new "View my profile" row in Settings shows your profile the way your friends see it. • See profile photos up close: tap someone's photo to view it full screen. Pinch or double-tap to zoom, swipe down to close. • Tidy up Messages: swipe left to remove a chat or delete a past or cancelled booking. • More username options: Premium usernames can now use capital letters and periods. IMPROVED • Fewer, more useful notifications: instead of a notification for every new event nearby, you now get one daily roundup of new events near you in the early evening. Events at your favorite venues and acts still notify right away, as does anything nearby starting within a day. • Links open in the app: SocialParty events shared on Facebook, and roundup links in emails and messages, now open right in the app. • Invite friends by email with ease: a "Can't find them? Invite by email" option now appears below friend search results. • Post an event that's already started: start times can now be set up to a day in the past. FIXED • Event pages refresh on their own, so going counts, friends there, and your RSVP stay current. • Adding guests to your RSVP works reliably, even when you tap quickly. • The + button always opens, even right after finishing setup. • Snappier on slow connections, with fewer duplicate requests when opening the app or switching tabs. • Smoother search that waits for 3 characters and no longer flashes "No results" while loading. • Booking conversations for venues or acts that you no longer manage leave your Messages instead of showing an error. • Redeemed offer codes now unlock instantly, with no need to refresh the app.
