A great beach day. Amber — moderate conditions. Worth going, but check the details. Red — high wind, rough seas, or poor weather. Better to stay home. DATA SOURCES Conditions are pulled live from Open-Meteo (weather and marine forecasts) and OpenStreetMap (beach locations). Data is fetched fresh every time — no stale numbers. Beach Ready is free to use. An optional one-time upgrade unlocks unlimited favourites and full forecast details.

Beach Ready now looks great on iPad. This update brings full iPad support with a layout optimised for larger screens - the beach detail card, search modals, and browse view all scale beautifully whether you're on an iPhone or an iPad. We also gave the beach detail card a visual refresh with a larger condition circle and a cleaner layout.
