See real INSPIRE Index polygons, not just centroid pins. Tap any plot to get its acreage, registered address, ownership tenure and council. Pre-download tiles for areas with patchy signal so the map keeps working when you're out in the countryside.
SITE VISITS WITH GPS, PHOTOS, VIDEO AND VOICE
Open a saved site and log a visit in one tap. The app stamps the visit with your GPS coordinates, lets you attach photos and short video walk-throughs of the plot, and records voice notes alongside the footage so your verbal observations are saved with the visuals. Visits sync to landhunt.io and can be exported as a branded PDF report.
LIVE PLANNING SEARCH AND TRACKER
Search live UK planning applications by postcode, council, application type or decision. Pin applications of interest to your tracker and the app surfaces status changes (validated, decision issued, refused, appealed) the next time you open it.
BUYER AND DEAL MATCHING
Add buyers (their criteria — region, acreage, budget, planning appetite) and the app ranks them against every saved site. See the strongest match for any plot you're standing on.
OFFLINE SUPPORT
Saved sites, buyers, planning tracker entries and queued visits all work offline. Open the app in the middle of a field with no signal and everything you've saved is still there.

After a 3-day free trial, the following are gated behind one of our auto-renewable subscriptions:
• Starter — £49/month: 500 monthly credits, saved sites, pipeline, buyer matching, live UK planning search
• Pro — £99/month: 1,200 monthly credits, planning alerts, site scoring with full breakdown, priority data refresh
• Business — £149/month: 3,000 monthly credits, unlimited site saves, priority email support
After the 3-day free trial, your selected subscription will automatically renew each month at the price shown, charged to your Apple ID, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions purchased on iOS unlock the equivalent tier on landhunt.io, and subscriptions purchased on landhunt.io likewise unlock the iOS app.
