Because the experience is mainly audio-based, you do not need to keep looking at your phone. It is simple and easy to start, even if meditation apps have felt difficult for you. How to use it: 1. Start a session 2. Gently picture each word as it plays 3. When you feel sleepy, simply let yourself rest You can also adjust the voice, speaking style, playback speed, session duration, word interval, and BGM.
