Until that task is marked done, those apps stay behind a soft lock. Open Instagram, TikTok, or whatever your weakness is, and Nudge quietly reminds you what you were supposed to be doing — then lets you decide.

Session blockers free you for a window of time. When the clock runs out, you're back to square one. Nudge ties the unlock to the work itself. The block lifts when the task is done — not a minute before, not a minute after.
