Doesn’t let me login anymore

I was happy with the app until I switched to new iPhone and now the app will not allow me to login to my account anymore. Basically useless.UPDATE: couple of days after sending an email to the developer here, I got a reply via Apple asking me to try my original login method and if still not working, send them feedback directly from the app. I retried and it worked fine, and my account was exactly as it was before, which is great! Upped to 3 stars for now.

Developer Response
We're sorry – switching to a new iPhone should be exciting, not blocked by a login issue. We understand how frustrating this is.Please try logging in with:The same method you originally used (Apple ID or Google account)If that doesn't work, try the other methodTo recover your account:Please submit feedback directly from the app (you can use your old account if still accessible, or submit from the new device):"My" → "Product Feedback" → "Feedback"– describe the issue ("can't log in after switching to new iPhone") and leave the email associated with your account. Our team will locate your account and restore access. If you can't access the app at all, email us at kingsmithfitness@gmail.com with your old account email and new device info.We want to help you get back in. Once resolved, we'd appreciate a review update. Thank you for your patience.

Doesn’t work

It used to work. Now the app never lets me login. It always tells me “current network unavailable.” Also, the walking pad itself is cheap junk. The knob on the treadmill doesn’t adjust the speed so the only way to use the treadmill is through the app, but the app doesn’t work either.

Developer Response
We're very sorry – both the login issue and the hardware problem are unacceptable, and we understand your frustration completely. For the login issue ("current network unavailable"):This is often caused by a network permission or DNS issue. Please try:Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile dataTurn off VPN if enabledRestart your phone and try againIf it still fails, please submit feedback directly from the app:"My" → "Product Feedback" → "Feedback"– describe the issue and leave your email. Our engineers will check your account and network logs. For the speed knob issue:This sounds like a hardware defect. If the knob doesn't adjust speed, the pad may need repair or replacement. Please contact us at kingsmithfitness@gmail.com with your order information, and we'll arrange after-sales support. We want to make this right. Once resolved, we'd truly appreciate a review update. Thank you for your patience.

The app is not working here in America for some reason. I keep getting error message after adding my email and password multiple times. Changed my password doesn’t help at all.
