Log a set, get an instant coaching response. The AI sees what you did (reps, weight, RIR), what the program asked for, and what your recovery looks like today — then tells you exactly what to do on the next set. No more guessing whether to add weight, hold steady, or back off.
WHAT YOU GET
Live coaching for every set. After each set, Coach Orion analyzes your reps + RIR vs. what was prescribed, factors in your recovery state, and gives a specific next-set recommendation. Not generic advice — actual numbers.
Programs designed by the AI for your equipment. Built for the home gym: dumbbells (up to 50 lb), bench, floor mat. The AI builds 4-6 week mesocycles with proper periodization, accumulating volume each week, with an optional deload at the end.
Apple Health integration. Reads your HRV, sleep, heart rate and more. Bad sleep last night? Coach Orion drops a set or two from today's session. Great recovery? It pushes harder. Logs your workouts back to Apple Health automatically.
Smart rest timer. Knows the prescribed rest, counts down, auto-advances to your next exercise when all sets are logged.
Real progression. Built on the methodology of Renaissance Periodization — RIR-based autoregulation, double-progression rep ranges, evidence-based volume targets per muscle group per week.
Body composition tracking. Weight, lean mass, progress photos (encrypted on-device before upload).

Orion Coach Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, with a 2-week free trial:
Monthly — $6.99 per month
Annual — $49.99 per year (save ~40% vs. monthly)
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
