Open the app, tap the Home Screen widget, or raise your wrist with Apple Watch. Your dose is timestamped instantly. Add dose, injection site, notes, and symptoms later if you want.
WEEKLY SHOTS
Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, or your own. Set your dose plan, weekday, and time. Simple GLP marks each shot early, on time, or late and reminds you before the next one.

Wegovy pill, Rybelsus, Foundayo, or your own. One tap logs today's pill and starts a wait timer you set to match your prescriber's instructions, with a notification when it's done. The countdown also shows on the widget and Apple Watch. A daily reminder skips days you've already logged, and a streak and week view show how the routine is going.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts. No ads. No analytics. No data sold. Your history and any captured Health context stay on your device, shared between the app, widget, and watch through a secure App Group.
OPTIONAL HEALTHKIT CONTEXT
With your permission, Simple GLP can attach context from Apple Health (weight, glucose, activity, sleep, heart rate, workouts, water, caffeine, calories, and protein) to each dose. Read-only. Never written back.
SIMPLE GLP PRO (OPTIONAL)
Everything you need to log is free. Pro adds the wait countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, supply tracking with a refill heads-up before you run out, and missed-dose and timing alerts. Subscribe in-app. Cancel anytime in Settings.
NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE
Simple GLP records what you tell it you took and when. It does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always follow your prescriber's guidance.
Subscription Details
Simple GLP Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (Monthly or Yearly, both with a 7-day free trial) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
