One New Thing is a quiet daily challenge journal for people whose weeks have started to rhyme.
Each morning, the app gives you three concrete challenges: one easy, one medium, and one hard. Pick one that fits your day, do it, and mark it complete. Add a short note or photo if you want, then watch your history fill in over time.
No social feed. No public performance. No endless scrolling. Just a practical way to break autopilot and keep a private record of what you tried.

Challenges cover ordinary real-life categories like Around Town, Food & Drink, People, Move, Make, Learn, Culture, Home, Self-Care, and Offline.
One New Thing is private by default. Your journal is not a public feed, your data is not sold, and sharing is always optional.
Optional Pro features include cloud sync, cloud photo backup, cross-device restore, deeper insights, longer history, and extra weekly passes.
One New Thing Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Available plans include monthly and yearly Pro; pricing is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial when available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or canceled in App Store account settings.
