Add documents from your iPhone You can now attach documents straight from your phone to acquisitions, artists, collections, contacts and galleries. Tap Add document on any record and choose where it comes from: • Files — iCloud Drive, On My iPhone, Dropbox and other connected apps • Photo Library • Take a photo • Scan a paper document with your camera Give each file a title and pick its type, and it's attached right away — the same as adding it on a computer. You can add several files at once. Artist pages on your phone now include a Documents section, so you can see and open an artist's documents, including those attached to their works. Tap a PDF to open it in the app and share it as a real attachment.

• Offers on your dashboard. The phone dashboard now shows your offers: weighted fees, best case, and active count in the KPIs, offers needing attention in the Action Center, and a strip of works you can swipe. Tap one to open it right there. • Pick any theme color. Settings → Theme has a new Custom option. Drag across the color spectrum or type a hex code, and the app changes color as you go. • Preview your dashboard as you customize it. Every switch you flip shows on the dashboard straight away. Save keeps it; Cancel reverts it. • Filter What's New. The What's New section has period and type filters and scrolls through every update. • Trashed invoices. Invoices you move to the Trash now appear there. Swipe to restore one or delete it for good. • Tidier forms. Logging time, adding an expense, and creating a task show one field per row, with matching box sizes and full-size buttons. Date and time boxes stay inside their frames. • Build details. Tap the version at the bottom of the More menu to see your app version and when it was last updated. • Fixes: dates no longer show a day early, so a task due today no longer shows as overdue. The Filter button count now includes every filter you set.

Fixed: the app now opens on iOS 27. On iPhones running iOS 27, Collection Pilot showed a black screen and closed right away. This update fixes that. BILLING -Record a payment on any invoice that's owed. With QuickBooks, it posts directly to QuickBooks. -Keep notes on an overdue invoice and set a follow-up date. The Dashboard shows it in amber until that day. -New on your phone: a Billing group in the Dashboard's Action Center lists overdue invoices. Tap one to record a payment or note a call. -Overdue invoices open right on the Dashboard instead of taking you to another page. -Attach extra files to an invoice email, such as the gallery's invoice or an image of the work. -Send invoices to more than one person, and choose the name that appears under Billed to. -Blind-copy a partner or your accountant on every invoice. -Bold and italic in invoice messages. -"Date it today" updates an older invoice before you send it, so it doesn't arrive looking late. -Downloaded invoices include the Pay online button. -Invoices fill the page more evenly, with a new centered letterhead option. -Billed to reads like a mailing address. -Fixes to new invoices: amounts show as money, your default message fills in, and your work is kept if you close the panel. OFFERS -Record an offer made in another currency, with its exchange rate. -Enter an offer as a percentage off the asking price. -Add an edition (like "AP 2/5") to works on offer. -Choose individual entries under "Standing in the market" in offer reports. -Filter Pipeline's list by stage. EVERYWHERE ELSE -Add a new contact from any contact list, including from an expense, without leaving what you're doing. -Add tasks, posts and wishlist items straight from the Dashboard. -Tasks show their status history and who was emailed. -Money fields on tasks can be typed normally again. -New collections show Total Return instead of a misleading yearly rate. -Your theme color is kept per company, and you can try colors without the page reloading. -The team list says "Last active" instead of "Joined". -Support access ends when you say it does. -The "add your images" banner stays dismissed once you close it.

Preview before sending, send from your own email, and handle retainers, markups, sales tax and tax-exempt clients. • Sale planning and valuation history for every work, with more detail for clients in the client portal. • A new Help Center with a chapter for every screen, annotated screenshots, and downloadable guides. • Search now finds invoices, hours, expenses and retainers, and ignores accents. • Many fixes: consignment dates now save, side panels no longer close or reload unexpectedly, Documents opens reliably, and filters only list choices that have results.

Clients can now view their collection on iPhone. The client portal has a layout built for the phone: your advisor's firm name at the top, a summary of the collection, then Acquisitions, Wishlist, Documents, Invoices and Analytics, each opening full screen. Browse works with a swipeable photo view, review documents, update your wishlist, and show or hide financial figures with a single tap. Faster sign-in. The app now reaches your collection in a couple of seconds instead of waiting on a long spinner at launch.

Faster lists, clearer records, and a handful of fixes. • Search across every field. Searching Acquisitions now looks at all of a record's details, not just title and artist. • Know what's missing. A new Record Completeness setting lets you choose which fields count as complete, and the Dashboard's Action Center now flags acquisitions that fall short. • Tap through to related records. Artists, collections and galleries shown on a record are now clearly links — tap one to open it. • Better image browsing. Artwork and artist photos no longer dim while you page through them, and long artist names fit on the card instead of wrapping. • Choose how downloaded images are named. Image file naming is now configurable, and downloading a set no longer skips files that share a name. • Grant support access on your terms. Help → Support access gives our team time-limited access to your account, and revokes it automatically. • Faster Artists and Documents lists, and quicker loading throughout. • Fixes: an artist record could fail to open if it had wishlist items; the scheduled-report window now keeps its header and buttons in view while you scroll; assorted wording and layout corrections.
