Gym log, strength ranks, plans

Log a set in seconds. See your strength percentile against people your size and age. Train the muscle groups you're behind on. All computed on your phone.
Peak Fettle is a workout tracker built around one question: are you actually getting stronger?
Log your lifting in seconds, see exactly where you stand against people like you, and let the numbers steer your next block of training — all computed on your phone, in plain sports-science arithmetic you can inspect.
LOG A SET IN SECONDS
Weight, reps, effort — done. The rest timer starts itself, supersets and drop sets are one tap, warm-up ramps and a plate calculator handle the bar math, and RIR or RPE effort tracking is built in. Train in kg or lb per session; every weight is stored exactly as you typed it.
KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
Strength percentiles for squat, bench press, deadlift and 40+ more lifts — matched to your cohort by sex, age band, bodyweight and years trained, never one giant leaderboard. Climb the strength tiers as your estimated one-rep max grows, and confirm a real 1RM whenever you want the record exact.
NEW: YOUR MUSCLES, MAPPED
Every ranked lift now scores its muscle group. A front-and-back body map shows where you're elite and where you're behind — chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves — with plain-language notes like "pressing outruns isolation: side delts are the gap."
PLANS THAT DO THE MATH
The on-device training engine builds hypertrophy, strength and meet-peaking blocks: volume ramps week by week, deloads land on schedule, and your weak muscle groups automatically get extra sets — with the reasoning written out, rule by rule. Deterministic arithmetic, not a black box.
ONE HONEST NUMBER
Your 0–1000 strength score blends estimated 1RM, volume, progressive overload and consistency. Prefer the classics? Switch to DOTS or Wilks any time.
STREAKS THAT FORGIVE REAL LIFE
A week counts if you show up once — a session, a rest-day check-in, or imported cardio all keep it alive, and the week you're mid-way through is never held against you.
TRAIN WITH FRIENDS
Accountability groups with weekly goals and a shared group streak. Admins choose the visibility level, from private to full transparency, and hitting your week together earns everyone credits.
EVERYTHING ELSE YOU'D EXPECT
Routines and folders. Weekly or rotating training schedules that put "Start Pull workout" on your home screen. Daily weigh-in reminders with weekly medians. Apple Health import. Personal records and full workout history. Cardio and conditioning timers.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• The strength map: your ranked lifts now score each muscle group, drawn on a front-and-back body diagram from weakest to strongest, with plain-language coaching notes backed by your real 90-day training volume.
• Plans target weak points: generated training plans add weekly sets for muscle groups you're behind on — and the plan's reasoning tells you exactly why.
• Start today's scheduled workout straight from Home — the button now names it ("Start Pull workout").
• Daily weigh-in settings live in one place, reachable from the Routines tab and the schedule editor.
• Sharper numbers: suggestions and previous-best now always show the exact weight you typed.
• Fixes: editing a past set keeps your next set prefilled, finished exercises stop being re-suggested, and percentile cards no longer ask for a bodyweight you already logged.
