Loans get a major upgrade in 1.2. NEW • Redesigned loan tracker — every loan shows a clear timeline from request to return, with quick actions to message, send a reminder, extend the due date, or report damage. • Pickup confirmation — when a tool requires it, the loan starts once pickup requirements are complete: sign the waiver, take checkout photos, and confirm pickup in the app. Owners agree to the waiver terms when they approve. • Condition photos and damage reports — document a tool's condition at pickup and return, straight from the loan. • Borrowed tools on Home — tools you've borrowed that are due soon or overdue now show up on Home, so returns don't sneak up on you. • Notification preferences that stick — choose push notifications for borrow requests, loan reminders, and messages. Settings sync to your account. • Notification banners now show while the app is open. • Referral rewards — the Invite Friends screen tracks your referrals. When a friend joins through an invite and completes their first loan, you earn a free month of Premium. • Neighbors become friends — accept a neighbor's response to your request and you're friends, with their tools a tap away. Loans • Tapping an active loan now opens its full loan details. • The loan tracker shows color-coded due dates and clear status for every active loan. • Your home dashboard now shows active loans and return reminders correctly. Borrowing • After sending a borrow request, a new "View Request" action takes you straight to its status. • Tools you've already requested now show "View Request" so you can't request them twice.
