Scrum Online Planning Poker
Agile estimation rooms
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Scrum planning poker for agile teams that value privacy and simplicity. Create a room, invite teammates, vote privately, and reveal together. No user accounts needed.
Scrum Online Planning Poker is a fast, privacy-conscious planning poker app for agile teams.
Use it during Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, workshops, and quick estimation sessions to estimate relative effort, complexity, and scope without account creation or onboarding friction.
Create an online room, share the direct invite link, and let teammates join from their own devices. Participants choose cards privately, then the manager can reveal all votes together so early spoken numbers do not bias the group.
Online planning poker is designed for lightweight collaboration: no registration, optional anonymous participation, shareable room links, and a clear voting flow that works well in real meetings.
You can also use the app as an offline planning poker deck. Pick a card, place the phone face down, and reveal your estimate when the group is ready.
Features:
• Create online planning poker rooms
• Share direct invite links
• Join without user accounts
• Optional anonymous participation
• Private voting before reveal
• Manager-controlled reveal flow
• Result summary after votes are shown
• Average, suggested estimate, agreement, and spread indicators
• Offline planning poker deck
• Fibonacci, Power of 2, and T-shirt sizing decks
• Works on iPhone and iPad
• No advertising or marketing tracking
Scum agile planning poker is useful because the goal is not only to produce a number. It helps teams surface assumptions, clarify scope, compare different views, and discuss why estimates differ.
Scrum online planning poker keeps that process simple: create a room, invite the team, vote, reveal, discuss, and move on.
