I do not like how the new app does not have recent deposits or transactions listed immediately. The old app would immediately show a deposit or transaction.

I love the new online banking . It’s allows you to now turn on and off your debit card and put exceptions on your card when you travel (give at least a few days in advance as it’s not right away ) but makes it easy to not have too call prior . I love how you can see your credit rating and manage your future finances and goals . Also it’s free to pay your auto loans with a debit card or routing and acct number . You can set security alerts text or emails . If you have family members in the credit union it allows you to transfer into their account . I find the loan payment are immediate the same day you pay or you can set up monthly payments as well . Brand new tap cards too . I’m I love . Way better online services ! Looking forward to see what else Comtrust has coming in the next few yrs .

Man, I can’t tell you how frustrating this new app is. It wont show pending payments and takes almost 48 hours for transactions to show up on accounts….Sometimes even longer! Also the app is so glitchy and slow…. The old app was better and easier to use. Only thing I like about this app is you can lock your card but that’s really it. Really disappointing to be forced to switch to this app that doesn’t work properly.

I love the fact that it keeps track of your credit score!
