HOW IT WORKS
1. Name one clear goal for the session.
2. Start the 15-minute timer. The screen stays calm so nothing pulls your attention.
3. When it ends, jot down what you accomplished.
4. It's saved to your history. Start another sprint on the same goal, switch goals, or finish.
