Punch list • Assign an item to a subcontractor or a vendor. The picker now lists your subs on the job first, then the rest of your roster, then your vendors. • No more filters. Every item stays on the list, grouped by who it is with, with closed ones at the bottom of their group. • Turn a punch item into a sub-task under any task on the project. It keeps the title, the notes and the sub, and the item shows what it became. Phone alerts for every module • A notification when a punch item is raised, assigned, answered or closed, when a task is added or its status changes, and when a document is uploaded. • Subs get told about their own items. The person who made the change never gets an alert for it. • Choose what you get in Settings > Notifications. Numbers that read the way your phone writes them • Money and quantity fields now accept your region's decimal and thousands separators, in the bid room, bills, budgets and everywhere else. • Phone numbers format as you type them. • The bill scanner reads five-figure amounts correctly, grouped or not. Plus stability fixes.

Phone alerts for your team • A notification the moment a sub sends a bid or a message about a bid request, a client signs a change order or decides a selection, a pay app is paid, or a daily log is posted. • Tap the alert to land on the right screen. • Choose what you get in Settings > Notifications. Alerts follow your permissions, and you never get one for your own action. Subs • A sub's page now shows their record with you: recent jobs, the variance on each one, the job count and the AI verdict. Recompute the verdict whenever you want. • See other subs in the same trade, ranked on how they have performed for you, and open any of them. • When the verdict says to replace a sub, start a bid request for that trade right from the card. • Record a payment to a sub. It goes against their open PO, or stands on its own with a project and cost code. • Deleting a sub now takes it off your list. • Fill in a new sub, vendor or client from your iPhone contacts. Only the card you pick is read, and Frametry tells you if they are already in your account. Photos and punch lists • A Photos tab on every project gathers the photos from daily logs, punch items and task proofs. Search them, filter by where they came from, edit captions and tags, and start a punch item from one. • Select several punch items at once to assign them to a sub, close them with 15 seconds to undo, set a due date, or show or hide them from the client. • Markup: color, line weight and opacity, notes typed straight onto the photo, and select, move, resize or erase what you have drawn. Also • "Keep me signed in on this device", on by default. Turn it off on a shared phone and the next launch starts at sign-in. • Sharing a project now sends your client the right portal link, where they sign in with a one-time code. • Members who can only view contacts no longer see edit, delete, new or import controls, and Developments is hidden from members who cannot see costs — the same rules as the web. • Subs see the right amounts on their Pay screen. Plus stability fixes.

Work every project tab from your phone • Change orders: open one to see its line items, history and client link. Create and edit drafts, send them, mark one accepted after an offline sign-off, withdraw it, or delete a draft. • Schedule: see the full timeline, add and edit tasks, and move a date. The tasks that depend on it shift too, and the sub and client are notified. Lock a baseline to track slip. • Tasks: edit dates, duration, sub and status, complete in one tap, duplicate, delete and set dependencies. • Subs and clients: assign with a scope and amount, add someone new on the spot, edit or remove them, and call, text or email from the list. • Bids: send a request to your subs, compare what comes back, then award, decline or counter. • Selections, docs and punch: create and edit selections, organize and share documents, and accept or send back a sub's punch proof. • New tabs: Time, Takeoffs, Specs and Mood. Team permissions • Team members whose role doesn't include costs no longer see budgets, bid prices or other financial figures anywhere in the app, the same rule as on the web. • Only owners and admins can manage the team. Field tools • Mark up as you shoot: circle, arrow, box or write on a photo right after you take it, before it goes to the daily log or a punch item. • Close the camera: Capture now has a close button that takes you back to where you were. AI verdicts • "Open schedule" and the other verdict buttons now take you straight to the right tab on the project. • Swipe a verdict card left to dismiss it. Photos • Photos you've already seen load from your phone instead of downloading again, and are only re-fetched when they actually change. See how much is stored in Settings > Photo cache. Plus stability fixes.

Daily logs, now the full toolkit • Edit an entry, add photos, or delete it — right from the Logs tab. • Send an entry to a sub as a punch item, with arrows, circles and notes drawn on the photos. What you draw is what they see. • Share a log entry with the subs you choose. They see it in their portal only while they're on the job. • A Punch tab on every project. Photos • Tap any photo to see it full screen; swipe through the entry, pinch to zoom. • Photos are kept on your device, so scrolling back through a job doesn't re-download them. No signal? No problem • A photo captured with no service is saved on your phone and sent to the daily log when you're back online. Also • Subs see the daily-log updates you share with them, and can upload proof photos on any task they're on. • Opening a frametry.app link now lands you in the app. • Face ID sign-in no longer stalls on launch.

Plan takeoff, now on iPad • Measure lengths, areas, and counts right on your plan sheets, with full Apple Pencil support — aim with the tip and the point lands exactly where you lift it. • A floating toolbar and long-press shortcuts mean you can finish a shape without a keyboard. • Takeoffs now sync across your devices, so one you start at the desk is waiting for you on the iPad. Also in this release • Documents open inside the app instead of sending you out to Safari. • Fixed a problem that kept some projects from being deleted. • Budget totals now match frametry.app — payments to subs and settled bills count toward spend. • Faster, steadier tables on iPad, plus layout and stability fixes throughout.
