Reschedules and cancellations go through the app, so there are no double-bookings and no guesswork. MESSAGING BUILT IN Owners and walkers talk right in the app — walk questions, schedule changes, and updates all in one thread. WALKERS KEEP EVERY DOLLAR Sidewalk never takes a percentage of what walkers earn — not now, not ever. Payment stays between owner and walker, settled however you already do it. Your clients are yours: leave anytime and take every relationship with you. HOW IT WORKS Sidewalk is built around real walker–client relationships. Owners set up their household and dogs; walkers set up their profile and schedule. Then either side sends a request to connect and the other confirms — no marketplace, no strangers, just the people who already walk together. Privacy, kept honest too: location is only tracked during an active walk, photos are only shared with the dog's owners, and we never sell data or run ads.
