ClearDepth is an incredible lake navigation and safety tool. As a frequent wakesurfer it is vital to know where potential hazards are, known shallow areas, and spots to avoid. I like to visit new lakes often and this app has provided so much security when exploring new lakes, ensuring I don’t hit something or run aground on a shallow spot mid surf. Highly recommend for anyone who spends time on the water!

This app is great! I can’t wait to use it all summer with my family on the lake
ClearDepth now covers 229 lakes, including many newly added by request — with live water-level readings wherever a public source exists, not just static estimates.
What's new:
- 26 more lakes added, several with live water-level data (including Norris Lake, TN)
- Water-level readings now clearly show when a depth is live vs. estimated
- You can now edit your own hazard tags after posting (type, depth, notes, photo)
- Shared hazard links are more reliable and now show a proper link preview when texted or messaged
- Various bug fixes and stability improvements
