Share a map straight from your phone: create a link or QR code, add a password, choose what it shows, and freeze or delete it any time. Markup tools now match the web app. Measure and Draw sit under Tools, tapping a markup opens its card, and markups show when the map opens. A new map starts fresh, and named maps save as you go. Map fixes: place and street names sit above parcels and data layers, map layers keep their order, and zoning and drainage colours match the web app.

Reports now work on iPhone, including generating, downloading and sharing them. You can now turn off owner names, parcel boundaries and map labels from the Map Layers drawer, and your saved maps remember the setting. Generating a report for a parcel that already has one of the same type now asks first, and Try Again replaces a failed report instead of adding another. Shared map links now open in the app. Map fixes: zoning starts switched off, zoning colours match the web app, place names sit above the data layers, and the map keeps its place when you switch tabs.

Fixes a subscription problem where some subscribers were incorrectly shown usage limits or a locked map despite having an active plan. Your plan is now read from the same source as the website, so entitlements match everywhere. Also includes stability improvements to the map and saved parcels.

Parcel details now show completely on every plan, including ZIP code and zoning. Fixes zoning and ZIP fields that could appear blank on some parcels. Also in this update: clearer plan selection with live pricing, improved sign-in, and account settings now explain how to cancel a subscription before deleting your account.
