MoodBridge helps people turn colors, body clues, energy, and support needs into possible words.
It is designed for moments when feelings are hard to explain, including overwhelm, shutdown, sensory overload, or processing delays.
Users can complete a quick check-in, use sensory overload mode, save local journal entries, and prepare a caregiver or partner sharing message.
MoodBridge does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional or emergency support. It suggests possible words and lets the user decide what fits.
This app has been super useful for myself and has taught me how to express and understand my emotions, but ontop of my own progress, I have a sister with downs syndrome who struggles with communicating her emotions in a manner that me and her can understand. Ever since ive downloaded this app onto her iPad, shes had no trouble letting me know what shes feeling and why because she now understands herself better. This app makes it so easy to put feelings into words and even if you dont have trouble with that in particular, it helps you with regulating ur feelings and lets you take notes on how u can better yourself. I recommend this app to anyone, especially if you have a hard time with vulnerability or understanding ur own triggers etc. this app has a broad range of aspects that can contribute to your mental health in a positive way and i cant wait for more features to be implemented!
Game changer!

I’ve been struggling with the teachers on communication with my child (nonverbal) with special needs and wanted more transparency. I was able to introduce this app to the therapist that my daughter works with and to try to see if I could get a daily journal of how things are doing and it’s been a week, I have more insight on things that I had ever before and she loves using it now (with coaching/help). I intend to use the app to not only get a better understanding but to find the right help that she does need! Thank you for keeping people like us in mind that are beyond frustrated with the system!
Super helpful and easy to use

MoodBridge is really helpful for individuals to help put into words how they are feeling. This is especially helpful for those who have difficulty expressing themselves. The easy to tap emoticons and pictures help make it easy to understand and quickly note how one is feeling at a particular moment. The range/scales of feeling and tapping into one’s body cues is really beneficial for helping express and understand mood and what one can do to feel better. So thankful to the creator for this FREE app!!!
Neurodivergent friendly
Gemitism
MoodBridge was created by an autistic founder who experienced firsthand the challenge of knowing something was wrong emotionally while struggling to explain it. The app was built to help neurodivergent individuals better understand and communicate their emotional experiences.
