Proprietio is the rental management app for tenants who want to handle the boring parts of renting from their phone.
— Pay rent without leaving your couch. Use Apple Pay, your bank account, or a card. Saved methods make next month one-tap. Late fees are calculated and shown clearly. No fees on rent for tenants.
— See your lease in your pocket. Address, rent amount, end date, days remaining. Always up to date with what your property manager has on file.
— Maintenance, made simple. Snap a few photos of the leak, write a sentence, send. See the status, chime in with comments, get notified when it's fixed.
— Built for trust. Face ID or Touch ID unlocks the app. Optional two-factor authentication adds a second layer if you want it. Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Proprietio never sees your full card number.

WHO IS PROPRIETIO FOR
Proprietio works for any renter whose property manager uses Proprietio to manage their building. If your property manager hasn't signed up yet, ask them about it.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Your property manager creates your account and sends you an invite.
2. You set a password and sign in.
3. Your lease and any open invoices appear immediately.
4. You can pay rent, file a ticket, and see your payment history right away.
ABOUT US
Proprietio is built by Square Working LLC, a Wyoming company. We don't take a cut of your rent. We charge property managers a flat monthly fee for the software, and rent goes 100% to your landlord through Stripe.
