For owners: • Rent out your space by the hour when you're not using it and earn extra money every month • You set the price per hour and the availability • Get paid securely and automatically into your account • Your space protected: get automatic compensation if a driver overstays • Manage your bookings from the app For drivers: • Find available spaces near you on the map • Book by the hour at the price set by the owner • Pay securely and automatically by card • Risk-free booking: if you can't access the space, you get your money back • Communicate directly with the owner Complete safety: • User identity verification • Secure and automatic payments • Check-in and check-out with photos as evidence • Incident and overstay reports Sublocus charges a small €0.75 fee per booking to keep the service safe and running for everyone. Available in Madrid and coming soon to more cities.
