Choose distracting apps, set a lock, and get your apps back by reaching a real destination. Save a gym, park, coffee shop, beach, library, or walking destination. When your lock starts, Leave Your House shields selected apps until you arrive or complete your optional Walk Backup.
Set the gym as your unlock point. Make your after-dinner scroll wait until you get to the park. Schedule a lock that only starts when you are near Home, so the app skips instead of locking you while you are out, traveling, or working late.
No social feed. No leaderboard. No AI coach. No ads.
Free includes one saved destination, one enabled schedule, manual locks, and 5 Emergency Unlocks per month. Leave Your House Pro unlocks unlimited destinations and unlimited schedules.
Leave Your House uses Apple's Screen Time APIs. iOS does not allow third-party apps to literally lock the entire phone, so Leave Your House uses Apple's approved app/category shielding system.
