Motion Lab and club messaging arrive. • Motion Lab (Tools → Labs): turn one clip into a single image of the whole movement, then draw on it with lines, arrows, curves, circles, angles and text. Share it, or save it to an athlete's Media. • Messages: chat with your squad, groups and families inside your club, with photos and files. Broadcasts reach everyone at once, and anyone can report a message or block a user. • Club link: each club gets one join link, QR code and code to share on a poster, in WhatsApp or by email. Every join request waits for club staff to approve it. • Agility drills: 12 drills, including Flash, Split tap, Colour hunt, Flanker, Stroop, Gun start and Sprint & return, plus nine brain games. Every drill explains the science behind it. • Drill results open on a summary of your best attempts. • Photo Finish: results are back to three tabs, two-phone races upload in the background, and the start line hears the result. • Sessions can have an end time, remember your usual schedule, and sync to Apple or Google Calendar with the right length. • Coaches can see the week as a time grid or the whole term at a glance, and filter sessions by group. • Progress counts how many sessions set a PB, and PB celebrations match the medal. • New accounts accept the Terms and Privacy Policy at sign-up. • Security and privacy fixes across the app.

Agility drills, more ways to react, and sessions with an end time. • Reaction drills are now Agility drills, with 12 to choose from. New: Flash, Split tap, Colour hunt, Flanker and Stroop (react to what you see), Gun start and Hold the set ("On your marks… Set" before the gun), and Sprint & return and Reactive 5-10-5 with your phone as the cone. • Brain games: Pace clock, Number sweep, Track 3, Peripheral decision and Bigger number. Every drill has an ⓘ that explains the science behind it. • Run calls: spoken calls at random moments while you run, with your phone in your pocket. • Drill cards show a photo and a two-line how-to, and each drill gives you feedback after every attempt. • Sessions can have an end time, remember your usual schedule, and sync to Google or Apple Calendar with the right length. • Two-phone photo finish uploads the clip in the background, and the start line now hears the result. • PB celebrations match the medal, and results can be added to a session afterwards.

Two-phone photo finish that works, and drills you can train with. • Two-phone photo finish is reliable. The camera phone and the start-gun phone now stay in step, so the start sync no longer stalls, and the rep counter counts one rep at a time. Threw away a bad rep? You can discard it from the race review. • A slimmer race invite. "Join as start gun" now sits in a thin banner instead of a big card, and paired phones get a one-tap shortcut back to Photo Finish. • Drills are a training surface. Follow a drill with an intro, guided practice and clear steps, straight from your start report. • Finish report. After a photo-finish race, see how each athlete finished, plus a Finish Film you can pause on the frame at the line. • Guardian invites from club staff. Coaches and club staff can invite a guardian, who joins with a code or by email. • Club settings and staff seats are controlled by club admins only. The video analysis tools are away for rework and will return in a later update.

Session invitations, answers, and your calendar. • Invitations that reach everyone. When a coach adds an athlete to a session, the athlete and every linked guardian get it in their inbox — including sessions created offline and uploaded later. • Going, Maybe, or Not going. Answer in a tap. Guardians answer separately for each child. Coaches and club staff see every answer as it lands, live. • Subscribe your calendar. Add your Surge sessions to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar with a private link you can rotate or revoke at any time. Reschedules and cancellations follow automatically. • Reaction time and photo finish, sharper. Start-cue timing is now measured from the instant the gun sound actually leaves the speaker, and outdoor capture holds up better. • Sessions that keep your place. The live workspace no longer jumps back to the first event, weather is captured with the session, and results stop inventing personal bests. • Wellness check-ins survive a bad connection, and can be reviewed and edited afterwards. This release focuses on the everyday club workflow. The video analysis tools are away for rework and will return in a later update.

Photo finish sees the whole field again. • Every lane, not just one. Photo finish now tracks up to six athletes in a single frame, so a multi-lane race gets a crossing for each lane instead of one result and a row of manual reviews. • Fixed on-device detection. The multi-athlete detection model was not loading in the released app, which quietly dropped every race to single-athlete tracking. Single-lane races, reaction time, and start-cue timing were unaffected. Nothing else changed in this update.
