Patients use Entrela free of charge within an ongoing care relationship. In the app, they can:
• Use the Guided Daily Record to organize relevant experiences and events.
• Complete check-ins and instruments selected for follow-up.
• Review their own history.
• Keep track of routines and operational reminders.
• Manage consent, permissions and shared data.
This participation brings records made throughout the period to the appointment, alongside what the person can recall during the visit.
SHARING WITH CONSENT
Integration with Apple Health (HealthKit) is optional and requires the user's authorization. Available information reflects the entries made, connected sources and granted permissions.
Access to features depends on the care relationship and availability provided by the responsible organization or professional.
ENTRELA PROFESSIONAL SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription provides access to the professional experience for reviewing and organizing information from patients connected to your follow-up. Choose a monthly or annual plan through an in-app purchase on the App Store. Patients do not need a subscription.
Prices, duration and any introductory offers are shown before purchase confirmation. Plans renew automatically until canceled. You can restore purchases and manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store.
