• Reliability and polish improvements.

• Fixes a bug that could move a booking into the wrong room: when a day stay was booked in several rooms, “Edit all days” rewrote every day to the room you had tapped. If you book day stays across more than one room, it is worth checking those dates in your calendar.

• See further into the past: keep scrolling left and earlier months load in as you go — or jump straight there with "Go to month". "Today" always brings you back to the current day. • Better with accessibility settings: with increased contrast, reservation bars gain a clear outline; with colour-free differentiation, each booking status gets its own bar pattern. Using neither? The calendar looks exactly as before. • Reliability and polish improvements.

• A day stay entered across several days is now fully editable: tap any day and choose to edit just that day or all days — including the length of the whole series; shortening can be undone with a single Undo. • Better support for the largest text sizes: the calendar and the purchase screen stay readable; small VoiceOver improvements. • Restoring a backup now says clearly when everything in the file is already in your calendar — instead of “added: 0”. • Reliability and polish improvements.

• The “Today at your place” widget now shows the kitchen counter — how many bookings have breakfast, lunch and dinner today, without opening the app. • Export a room's calendar as its own .ics file, and import a file covering a whole building in one go — every booking lands in its own room. • Settings now show the installed app version, so you can check at a glance which version you are running. • Picking a room is clearer when you have several buildings: the room list now groups rooms by building. • Reliability and polish improvements.

• Fixes a crash that could close the app shortly after opening when a shared calendar was used together with iCloud sync. Your bookings were never affected — they stay safely on your device.

• Meals: mark Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on a booking — the app works out which day each one falls on from your dates. Optional meal dots on the board, a “Kitchen today” count in Today, meals on the cleaner's list and in the guest confirmation. Free, like the rest of the calendar. • A day-stay range now reads as ONE bar with the guest's name shown once — and on a long bar the name repeats, so you can always see whose booking it is. • Tap a booking to preview it before editing: nights, balance due, tappable phone and e-mail, long-press to copy, and “Share confirmation” right there. • Saving a day stay next to the same guest's other days now offers to add it to that booking instead of creating a separate one. • “Edit contact” on a guest's card: a new name, phone or e-mail is written to every stay of that guest, past ones included — so the same guest no longer splits into two entries. • New phone, or a fresh install? If your bookings are in iCloud, InnGrid now offers to bring them back — “Your bookings may be in iCloud” → “Turn on sync” — and every building returns, not just the first one. • Fixes: every calendar feed is listed and can be removed no matter which building you are viewing · reinstalling the app no longer revokes the calendars you have shared · a participant can now leave a shared calendar · the Today tab's screen is now “Day plan”, with a “Back to today” button · a calendar feed's building comes from the room you pick, and CSV import and .ics export ask which building they apply to.

• Day stays: tap the last day of a selected range again to keep only that day — a single future day can now be picked directly in the calendar (previously every day in between got linked in). The calendar hint explains the gesture. • Settings → Help now has a Contact support row that opens an e-mail to us — questions, ideas and bug reports are all welcome.

• Calendar sharing (Premium): invite a co-host or cleaner by the e-mail or phone number of their Apple Account — they see, or even edit, your calendar on their own device, free of charge. You choose per person: view, or view and edit. • Changes sync both ways within moments while the board is open, and you can change access or stop sharing at any time. • The housekeeping list now also covers calendars shared with you — on the Today tab and in the home-screen widget. • Day stays with a date range: a day guest returning all week is one entry per day, saved together — and deleted together if plans change. • Works with Google Calendar: paste your calendar's secret iCal address into Calendar sync (recurring events import as a single entry). • The board switcher now mixes freely: tick any set of buildings — and calendars shared with you — onto one board. • Fixed: an imported calendar whose building you deleted could keep running unseen — you can now find it in Calendar sync and remove it, along with its bookings. Plus: restoring a backup now brings back stays deleted after the export (as copies), and assorted board fixes.

• Premium now starts with a 14-day free trial on the yearly plan — try sync and OTA import before you pay. • Import from Booking.com or Airbnb: paste a calendar link and check it first — InnGrid shows how many reservations it found before you subscribe. • Honest sync status: a new row in Settings shows when iCloud last synced, and the calendar warns you if syncing stalls. • On Mac, right-click now works on calendar feeds, rooms and buildings — rename or delete without the swipe. • Backup fixes: the CSV export now matches exactly what you see on the calendar, restore brings back rooms deleted after the backup was made, and Settings can clean up reservations left behind by deleted rooms or buildings.

• InnGrid now runs on your Mac (Apple Silicon) — full screen or in a freely resizable window. • With Premium sync, iPhone, iPad and Mac stay perfectly in step — ideal for a Mac at the reception desk. • Leave the app open all day: the board now moves to the new day at midnight on its own, and imported calendars refresh regularly while it is open. • The board zoom control (Week / 2 weeks / Month) is now always legible — in narrow windows, iPad Split View and longer languages. • Guest confirmations: edit your own message template and share as a PDF; the stats report exports to PDF too. • Fixes and polish, including a guest picker that could open empty on Mac.

• Back up your data — export a full backup or a CSV spreadsheet and import it back later. Free. • Import your calendars from Booking.com, Airbnb and other sites (Premium). Imported bookings are read-only, and any clash with your own booking is clearly flagged — never hidden. • Export your calendar as an .ics file to open in Apple Calendar or another app. Free. • Share a booking confirmation with your guest: preview and edit the text, then share it by Messages, WhatsApp or email. • New home-screen widget: today's arrivals, departures and unpaid advances at a glance. • Reliability and polish improvements.

• Same-day stays — book a guest who arrives and leaves the same day. Just turn on "Day stay" when creating a reservation and pick one date. • Running day care? In Settings you can call it "Day care" and make new bookings same-day by default. As always, the calendar stays free and works fully offline.
