Hostfully 4+

Started October with Hostfully to be have a hands on approach with my properties. Guest response doubled, using 3 channels plus Direct. Booking using hostfully site. I Love the automation,. Being able to brand my logo on the direct booking site & all the exchanges between channels & guest saves hours of my time. So I do not feel stressed when addressing a guest personally. Most of their questions are already answered In the automation messages & a great relationship is already established. The team chat is awesome, quick responses, reviews information carefully & refers me to excellent articles for better understanding platforms & the varing bookin channeles. Also they seen clear photo snapes showing exactly how to navigate changes for the website or guest issues.

Great platform from both price point and tools supplied. Tech support always has its challenges everywhere. But I have found tech support here to be far better than what I am dealing with on other channels and software add ins. I’ve been using the system going on 2 years and really think it is getting better and better. I’ve been recruited to go else where and always take a look but so far have not seen much temptation to change. Hostfully is great I would recommend giving it a try.

We have used Hostfully for a number of years and been overall disappointed with the amount of bugs they can’t seem to solve in a timely manner. Support is limited to live chat, which responds like a broken record “We have reached out to our Dev team and they are working on it!”. This goes on for weeks, and they require constant badgering to get updates. The features are all there to make a solid PMS, and I think it would be a great platform if it was stable - but the software is constantly breaking and takes weeks to solve simple issues. App is painfully slow. I’ll consider adjusting my review once they fix our texting feature, which we have programmed to be the basis of our operation for guest communication. Overall, if you’re looking to transition to a PMS, I’d look elsewhere for a more stable option with competent support agents.
